Just bought an electric car for the first time. Our consultant was Steve Kinnaird. He was brilliant for us. Saw the car we wanted in Liverpool, ordered it and a week later we are now the proud owners of a Nissan Ariya. Steep learning curve for us both but Steve was brilliant from start to finish. Never even driven an automatic until now but with Steve's help we're getting more confident every day. Cannot recommend Steve highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable and with a 'can do' attitude that got us over the line. Thanks to Arnold Clark and Consultant Steve for all their help.

AVOID. We were sold a faulty car and have been trying to return the car under the 60 day "hassle-free" warranty, which has largely been ignored. The car has 13,000 miles and already needed to have clutch, flywheel replaced within 6 weeks of getting the car. We gave Arnold Clark the opportunity to rectify the issue in the first instance and the car has remained faulty. Aftercare has been extremely poor, there's been a lack of communication, without so much as an apology for being sold a car that's not fit for purpose. We're now having to take further action to have the car returned. Will not use Arnold Clark again.

Brilliant experience - I went in with a tight budget, specific requirements and no idea of what car I wanted. Nichola took the time to fully understand what I needed and got me the best deal possible. We didn’t really intend on buying a car on the day we went in, but Nichola was so thorough and helpful that it was a no brainer. Felt like more of a partnership than a sales pitch and I know I could go straight back to Nichola and Arnold Clark if I had any problems. Really impressed and would absolutely recommend - go and ask for Nichola if you’d like to be in really safe hands!!
