I had recently purchased my new vehicle through Arnold Clark at Linwood.

The process was so easy and the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make it as easy as possible.

I went through both Andy Murray and Craig Anderson at the branch who were brilliant and made things so easy for me.

A big thanks to those and credit where it’s due. This was the second time I’d brought a vehicle and had it delivered to a branch closer to me and I’ll probably be doing it again in the future as it’s so easy.

My car was making a noise and I parked outside home bargains, I know nothing about cars but I could see something hanging off, I went into Arnold Clark and was met by a few gentlemen in the store, however I was told they were closed as it was after five, I explained my issue to them and without hesitation Colin and Greg agreed to come out and look at my car, Greg was the one who went out had a look! I can't explain how relieved I was when he told me there was nothing wrong with it and it was fine to drive! This man deserves a pay rise! And if I ever needed my car fixed I would definitely come to this garage as the guys were super helpful and lovely!! Hope they all get a nice Christmas bonus because they deserve it!! Once again big thanks to Colin and Greg! 😁

Gordon is a credit to your branch, absolutely fantastic sales exec, amazing communication throughout from him. I love my new BMW! Really good click and collect experience.

Only slight negative is the receptionist, who, when I called for an update on the location of my car, when Gordon was off, huffed and said they were too busy, so someone would need to call me back.

We are based in Newcastle and had the car sent down to our local store where we part exchanged my beloved C1. Michael was so helpful and informative during the entire process, putting myself and my mum and dad at ease and putting up with my mums many phone calls! He was on hand to provide updates during each step of the process and was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and looked after! Absolutely Disgusting customer service and upselling from Arnold Clark!!! I put my Car in for it's free service & Mot "Which I purchased when i bought the car" to be told my Car Need Over £1500 worth of Parts just to pass an Mot after the Car Service, I was told I need a ball joint a suspension Rod & New Glows plugs with labour now putting my Mot at £2500. I took my Car back and went to Kwickfit and was told my Car was in perfect condition,none of these parts were required nor needing replaced!!!! I booked my Car into an independent Garage and Guess What, My Car Passed With No Advisories At A Cost Of £45, so I saved £2455 by not using Arnold Clark. Be Very Wary And Alway Get A Second Opinion when Using Arnold Shark. This is Absolutely Disgusting from A Company started by Arnold For the people, it stressed the life out me, Arnold Clark, Shame On You And Your Pathetic Staff, £2500 FOR AN MOT & PARTS THAT WERE NOT NEEDED WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!

This shop is different than other shops, I felt the people of this shop more nice and patiently answered my problems about the car. The coffee machine always workable and has the drinks made all the time. The counter always has full of the biscuits provided if you feel hungry for some snacks
