Went looking at a car was ignored by many until a very helpful gentleman spoke away and went to find someone.

It's a shame they did, I've had dealing before with this branch before. I immediately got an attitude from the salesperson over stock. Walked away.

I had a terrible experience with Citroen Stirling. Car went in for MOT and it failed. Called to find out as no link on the text to see what it had failed on. Was advised it was breakpads. Advised them to go ahead and
fix.
Next I get a call to say that no lock nut with the 4 nuts. This was my mistake as I had removed the box from my boot earlier that morning to sit in front passengers seat.I asked if they had looked in the boot, she assured me that a technician and herself had checked.She then said that as my car had been in for a service in another Arnold Clark branch in August, 24 then I should call them to check it wasn't lying about their garage. I was assured but I Falkirk fiat AC that it had not been left there. I called AC Stirling back and was advised that they would have to 'smash' the nuts of my car at a cost of £258. I knew that the lock could not have been anywhere but my car, I took a 14 mile round trip to look in my car myself. It took me 10seconds to find the lock nut. I returned to the reception and was so angry as the girl did not apologise and stated 'it is not an issue'. I think this was just a saying that she commonly as she stated this on a few occasions. She did not say sorry and was severely lacking in customer service skills. She did not seem to realised that I had spent the whole afternoon doing what she is paid to do. Calling other garages etc Eventually got my car sorted but I will never do dealing with Arnold Clarke again. Overpriced and under
trained staff.
Poor show from Arnold Clark 0 out of 10 for customer service.😡

I'd rather deal with Arnold Schwarzeneggar than Arnold Clark. I think they must have got their customer service techniques from a lucky bag or a Xmas cracker. Never again
