The staff are great people, overworked and underpaid by a multibillion dollar corporation. A security system called “Overlord” is always watching both staff, and customers, however it is not disclosed to the customers. Truly dystopian. Workers are incentivized to snitch on other employees for $500, which is never actually paid to them. If you love bowling, and fascism, this is the place for you!

This is the first summer we (my husband and I) got the summer pass and we have been going almost every day to this location. On a few days we have gone to other locations and haven’t gotten as good of customer service. We love the customer service at this location and specifically Dallas’. He has some great advice for bowling and always has a smile on his face. Thank you for being so helpful and making the experience that much better!

I e been here a few times before they changed the name, and the atmosphere is amazing and the seating is comfortable. Wonderful staff and the food is delicious—never played pool but the lounge is great. The games are better than before and it’s a place to be to wind down and enjoy yourself.

From right off the bat, our staff that was helping us was quick, friendly and efficient. Did not coke here to bowl, but rather to take advantage of the half-price arcade games on Wednesday! Amazing prices for chips/points, much cheaper and better deals than Dave and busters. Will return for sure!

Amazing place for partying with friends with lots of gaming options. Bowling alley, mini golf, various arcade games, they have it all in there. The Mon-Thu rates are so affordable as well (23 $ pp) with 3 matches of bowling, 1 match of mini golf and 5$ to spend in arcade.

Hosted my daughter’s birthday party here and the Bowlero team was amazing! They were so accommodating, remembered my daughter’s name and kept the food and drinks flowing. The price for a birthday party was also excellent. Looking forward to coming back for an adults night too. Thanks for being great!

Had a fantastic time with some friends, the manager, Alex, was so kind to us and help us out so much. Treated us with such outstanding service. I look forward to bowling here again and hopefully be able to have such a pleasant conversation with Alex again as well!
