I had a great experience with Car Trackers. I sold them my 2020 VW Golf and thoroughly checked the market to see what I could get for the car. They had the best price. The payment for the car was same day when they picked it up. They even inspected the car remotely. Everything was very convenient. The accounting person went above and beyond when I was confused about how the payment day-of would work— she explained it to me after hours to make sure I didn’t delay the deal inadvertently. They had some very minor kinks in their process but it was evident these kinks were actually because they were working to improve their processes. (And none of that was a big deal.) Very pleased with the entire team and especially with the high price I got for my car.

Service was great. Sold my 2018 Lexus to Car Trackers. They had clear instructions on how to complete the transaction. Received the money through a wire transfer pretty quickly and they picked up the car shortly after. The whole process went smoothly and was quick. Was a great choice since I didn’t want to deal with the headache of selling to a private buyer.

Don't recommend dealing with them. Their rates are not competitive. At the last moment they charge you/make you pay for the transaction. Real rude guy picked up my sold vehicle 4 hours late. I followed instructions verbatim and gave the guy my Title with key hand off. For weeks they have been harassing me requesting another document (that was not requested at pick-up/key handoff) while I am doing a large move across country; yet they won't ever send a FedEx envelope. I should receive compensation. For selling your car in SoCal I recommend Driveo.

I got a call from Car Trackers after I had received offers from CarMax, Carvana and couple of small dealers. Alex(Arquam) and Zul were so easy to work with. I got my SUV sold within a few hours with better offer and very seamless transaction. The positive reviews are legit. I went through Autonation, Carvana, Carmax, Driveway and a local KIA dealership, and they all offered me way below than CarTracker. Shafi was my main point of contact. He answered all my questions and everything he said it would happen, it did. The process of selling my car was fast and honest. On top of that, their customer service was prompt and with multiple channels of communication. I had a few doubts and they were taken care of almost immediately.

This Service / Place ROCKS - Along with many reviews k was skeptical at first ask I was contacted directly after posting my vehicle (2015 Cadillac in great condition) by Alex (awesome guy, honest, got back to me FAST, made it all easy).

At first I didn’t accept their offer although decent and way higher than CarMax, Cargurus, etc. I thought I could get a couple G’s extra selling on my own, but after a few weeks dealing with flakey private sellers I was over it, Alex got me a really decent offer and circumvented the headache of continuing with direct buyers, the money wired into my account at point of pickup (after I had FaceTimes before-hand) and BOOM the deal was done - I legit thought it must have been some sort of scam at first bc of how easy they made if, but they are LEGIT I’m already redeeming my neighbors and Alex (and the pickup guy) were AWESOME I don’t understand why they aren’t more on the radar, way better offers than CarGurus, CarMax, etc.

I’m guessing the 1/5 reviews are from people who dilly-dally on signing the agreement - I signed it timely and they stuck to it… if you delay tryign to sell your car, they will lower it - they lowered mine and rightfully so because I waited 3 weeks to accept, but still feel great about it and the ease of the process is just refreshing. THANK YOU ALEX / Car Trackers!!! 5 Stars!!!

Was a bit of a learning curve, there was some growing pains in both ends because I live on a Island in Alaska, I had to ship my jeep to Seattle and have it picked up by Car Trackers third party, there where delays with coordinating pickups and a problem with the money transfer do to a discrepancy with the account number but Jay remained in constant contact with me always made time and did everything in his power to accommodate me and reassure me. He would call early in the morning, check in, respond quickly and call after hours if he wasn't able to touch base during work hours. We got everything settled and now we both have better experience to know what to do differently next time. Would work with Jay again 100%
