I have nothing but good things to say about Chorley Group Bolton.

I had first reached out about the vehicle I purchased in late August and ended up purchasing in October. I had so many questions regarding a car purchase as I’ve never had to do it myself before.

Buying the car was done over numerous emails and telephone calls. Any reservation or question that I had Sam was very gentle and polite in giving me the answers that I was looking for. The service was no pressure, no guilt if I wanted to back out. Everything was handled seamless manner. The salesman here are not here to just make a buck but they actually care about the service they are giving to their customers. Sam your customer service was a delight, I believe you deserve a raise and continuous praise!

I love my new car even more as it was just hassle free.

I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

We had a fault with our Add Blue system , probably caused by ourselves as we didnt realise we were not supposed to top it up regulary and we didnt understand about the reset process when filling the Add Blue up. The Garage explained what had happend in laymans terms , so we understood for next time then reset the system for us and carried out a factory recall whilst they had the Van. They then charged us only for the time taken which was less than half the cost of the quoted standard charge for this type of work, they even washed the Van too!. Great service from the Garage Team and Zoey in reception, Many Thanks again for all your help.

Brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable. They provide great customer service, they dont fob you off and are really helpful. You dont have to wait weeks for an appointment. The prices are cheaper than Kwik fit and Halfords ! Well recommended

Very helpful, but very keen to sell me a fully electric vehicle which I told him would be of no use to me. Really brought out the hard sell which I found off-putting. I don't even like Citroens

Amazing service provided by the staff named Saqib was very helpful as I wasn’t sure about the mobility car all the information I needed to all the information about the vehicle I was very happy with the service and driving away the vehicle that best suits me thank you again for the help I got it was worth the travel
