I recently purchased my new car from Chorley Blackburn and I'm pleased to say I had a very positive experience overall. From initial enquiry to handover, everything was great.

A particular thank you to Ian Haggarty who handled the sale. Any questions were answered promptly and in full. A detailed walk around video was put together showing all the information requested.

I was travelling a fair distance to see the car so needed to have a good understanding of the vehicles condition as I did not want to make a wasted journey. Sure enough, the car was as described. A good test drive on varied roads allowed a chance to get a good feel for the car.

Overall very happy, and would certainly recommend.

Recently purchased a lovely Nissan Juke N-Connecta from Chorley Group Blackburn. Dealt with Ian Haggarty who was absolutely wonderful & a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t get over to the branch to initially view the vehicle so Ian very kindly brought it to my home in Rochdale for me to view. Same with delivery once I’d purchased it. The whole experience was wonderful & very smooth & I will have no hesitation in recommending the Chorley Group & especially Ian. Great guy! Thanks Ian ?

Just had my 2015 Citroen C4 Cactus in for a service and MOT here and was pleasantly surprised by both the work and pricing. Both of which were fair/good. Add to that a free car wash and collection and delivery of the car at my home address and the five stars are well earned. I will definitely be back next year. Recommended

Recently had my e-C4 serviced at Chorley Citroen Blackburn and was really pleased with the overall professionalism and quality of customer care. Kim handled my initial booking and Kayleigh dealt with my vehicle on the day, her and Kim were both very friendly and proficient. The vehicle was serviced within 90 minutes, allowing me to get on with the rest of my day on schedule, the 360 Media workaround and digital Vehicle Health Check report are also very useful.

Very impressive service from my first enquiry to driving car away. Dealt largely with Naim who was fantastic throughout, from making and sending a personalised video of the car to answering all questions with honesty and transparency to sorting a test drive and coaching us through the car’s technology. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
