First time there and it was good. I had browsed the website and I'm glad I did. We arrived early, checked in and went upstairs to the restaurant. Service was great. Shot it to the servers in the restaurant! They were pleasant and professional and helpful. The good was actually good! It was a good first time movie entertainment with our grandkids.

The food court is really cool prices is about the same everywhere in theaters nowadays The options were really good. The service was fast and things were easily accessible. The movie theaters itself was standard I have the non VIP seats because VIP was on a higher level and I'm not use to seeing the screen in that angle. The basic seats were okay not the typical cushion seats that I prefer The screen was good the audio is good over well a decent experience it just feels closed and out of the way from the shopping area but be brave and go in.

Very nice upon entry however the theater needs updating. My chair's arm was broken and continued to fall out of place each time I got comfy. Also it would have been nice to have reclining seats like at AMC theaters. Snacks were tasty and the bar was a nice feature

Wanted to share a very nice experience I had today with the Cinemark Playa Vista Team. After trying many time to use my accumulated Cinemark reward points, the Cinemark Team stopped everything they were doing to help me. Shout Out to Carrie and Leilani for assisting and helping my crazy morning to begin moving more smoothly. My family and I are very appreciative to you both. Thanks for looking out.

This is mine and my son's first time going here. Parking was easy. Didn't quite know the layout wasn't sure what direction to go in the parkade to get to the theater. Ended up getting a little lost and walked all the way around the building. Once we got there we didn't realize the theater was upstairs and took a second to find that also. Once we were there, the theater was nice. All the employees that we came across were polite and everything was clean. They had little scanners to validate your parking passes. Besides getting a little lost overall we had a good experience. Haha

If I could leave negative stars I would. “Manager”Gloria was very rude and lacks customer service. She needs to receive more training in how to properly treat others. Just because she’s unhappy with her life working at a movie theater doesn’t mean she has to take it out on others.
