It's good. I'm not sure if outdated is the right word, but it's definitely old and it shows, but that's not a bad thing here. Seats were comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. There was also no cigarette or cigar smell, contrary to most recent reviews. That's something that would stick out to me if it were there, and the only weird smell was outside of the theater, and lets be honest... downtown has a strange smell in most places, it's no fault of the theater. Would genuinely prefer to come here over the theaters closer to me.

Everyone who works there was kind and helpful. Unfortunately though the building needs maintenance. It's pretty beat. Written paper signs everywhere too. Food was okay. Seats don't recline and are somewhat comfortable. Bathroom sinks 2 of 5 worked. Definitely just needs upkeep. It's in a good spot just obviously old.

Not what it used to be. I bought my tickets on line and when we came to watch our movie, we were told the movie times changed and it was 45 minutes later. There was no email sent to update us on this change. So we waited inside, and while in there we noticed that the place was pretty run down, and dirty. Tables had spilled drinks on them and the place was not busy at all, so the dirty tables were like that for a while. Both sets of bathrooms had wet floor signs but were not clean. Most of the screens outside of the theaters that told you the theater number, movie and movie time were broken and just had a piece of paper that said the theater number on it. When it was time for our movie we went in to the theater found our seats. There was still popcorn on the floor and ticket stubs in the cup holders. The seats were torn. As we waited for the movie to start we heard music playing from underneath us. Hoping it wouldn’t be noticeable once the movie started I let it go. Unfortunately, we could hear the music throughout the entire movie and also feel the vibration under our seats. They offered us free passes but I declined because never intend on going back. And I would never recommend that theater to anyone. Ever.

This theater has gone downhill fast! They bathrooms are always dirty, they never have enough staff, the bar is never open anymore, food orders take forever, and when you ask the Manager always says "I am at lunch, come back in an hour and I'll help you". The last three times we have gone the same manager has told us this. Customer service is not priority!

What the hell happened to this place? Torn seats, carpet stains everywhere, no soap in the bathrooms. The list goes on. Anyone who’s been there in the last few years knows. It’s gets 2 stars because they do show current movies but come on. I spent $70 between tickets and food on Sunday for 2 people. The place should be condemned.

We were in the area and decided to catch an evening film. This place is surprisingly cheaper than Waterford and just as nice. The theatre was clean, the staff was friendly, and on a Saturday night for a film that just came out, there was plenty of seating. There are also alot of restaurants that are walkable nearby.
I would come back here.

Nice theater kinda tucked away above some restaurants in downtown Orlando. When I had went Friday or Saturday night it wasn't too packed. One complaint of mine were the seats were leather rocking chairs and not recliners. Other than that it's a nice little compact theater with like 12-16 theaters within.
