The entire team over at coast treated me like family from start to finish. Kevin my sales guy was awesome and went above and beyond, Mr Shelton was very accommodating and truly made sure I was happy while purchasing my dream truck before and after. Any questions or issues I’ve had have been immediately addressed by them as a team and made sure myself as a customer was happy. Ms. Catherine Metzkes is a true professional and super women. She’s been a pleasure to work with while getting parts or having anything I needed checked or rechecked. She’s truly one of one. Mr Bill Hill also was very helpful and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Had a great response and service at COAST BUICK GMC. Caitlin, my sales lady is excellent. Responded quickly and had a great personality. Made arrangements to pick me up at the airport to pick up the truck I wanted. Thank you for that. Tom the portal driver was nice. And thanks Patrick, finance manager for having everything already arranged. Coming from Louisiana, they served me well and gave me confidence I will be taken care of. I live in tarpon springs my xt6 is still under warranty. Service promised me a loaner car when I scheduled my warranty service. I drove all the way to dealer and waited over an hour for my loan or car. They finally told me my loan or car was being driven by someone else so I would have to drive back home to tarpon springs and not get my warranty work done. They rescheduled my service appointment for the following week. The service guy said he would fill my car's tank up with gas because of the inconvenience. I drove back to the dealer on rescheduled appointment and receive a loaner car. A couple days later they said my car was ready and I could come pick it up. When I got to the dealer I asked if they filled my XT6 with gas like they promised. He said no because The manager with the gas car had left for the day. So I reluctantly drove my xt6 back to tarpon springs. As of today I still have not received the gasoline I was promised. It leaves a bad taste in my wife and my mouth. No one ever called or did any follow-up either. Because of empty promises I am going back to Dimmitt Cadillac for all service and future Cadillac purchases. Here is my xt6 I purchased from your dealership in Port Richey.

Worked in the business for decades. I've watched it deteriorate as stores pack out the sales people and spinners, and pile adds upon adds on the cars. My experience w/ Coast Buick was really uneventful..lol no drama... straight foward.. the truck+1300+tax+actual non-taxable state fees... they handled my internet inquiry really well... Adam was professional and responsive... He answered my all questions, and got me a copy of the carfax. I could tell he wanted my business, but at the same time, I never felt pressured. Nick the manager was great too. Whole process was easy peezy! Looking forward to taking delivery Monday!

We had been in for an oil change on Tuesday. We had talked to Darren about Car Max. Was this a good idea or were we better to sell outright. He gave us his honest opinion.
Very friendly and listened to every question we had. We have been looking around but never received the personal service that Darren offered. We like to upgrade our car every two to three years. Now if you want the best service ever contact Darren. You will not regret it.

Salesman Marty and the other staff members we interacted with (Nick, Matt & Patrick) were all friendly, attentive and helpful. They built and ordered our new 2025 XT5 to ensure we had all the features we wanted and we are very pleased with our new car. Marty spent time giving us some hands-on tutorials for many of the car's features and graciously offered to be available if we needed more guidance in the future.
