I was nervous about buying a car from another state & ran into several less than friendly "online" dealers along the way but as soon as I spoke with Jacklyn W it was easy...Her and Nikole helped put everything into place & I did not hesitate once in my decision. To have someone willing to pick you up from the airport is what I call "going out of their way" in customer service! I love my new car & I can't thank them enough! Worth the trip to Florida & the 22 hr drive back to Iowa! Thank you ALL!

I was undecided going from the Cadillac SUV to a 4 door CT5 sedan. I have no regrets. Jackie was my sales person. Jackie found on the property exactly what I was looking for and more. Love the car and the service I received. Jackie and everyone at the dealership were professional and friendly. Next week I get the windows tinted. So very satisfied.

Outstanding experience with Matt the Sales Manager, Joel and Caitlin. Coming from someone who always dreaded going into a dealership and bought cars online just to avoid it. They're customer service has definitely changed my interpretation on dealerships or at least this specific one.

They went above and beyond by helping me given my circumstances. They were not pushy, rough or intimidating and I will be sure to purchase my next vehicle here with them and continue to refer them to anyone!

I just purchased my GMC Canyon Denali from Coast Cadillac and I just want to say that I was one of the best experiences I had at a dealership. The employees were very understanding and very helpful as I was looking at my vehicle before and after the hurricane. They got me a fair price for my truck, and a really nice trade-in value for my old car. I would fully recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!

I cannot say enough good things about this particular Sales professional, and the dealership. This past week I purchased a used car from them - and from when I first spoke to Chris Pileggi on the phone, to when I left out of there a happy car owner - it was all a First Class Experience.
Chris P. was knowledgable, friendly, professional, experienced, efficient, a great listener and understood my needs. It was a relaxed, no pressure transaction. This was the absolute BEST experience compared to ALL the years I've purchased cars in the past - and I have high standards when it comes to customer service - since I came from a customer service background. I was on a budget and he did not push or create a creepy, awkward situation which is what I had experienced at the other local car dealers in this area before finding him. He is Awesome, and I highly recommend him and Auto Nation Cadillac Port Richey, to deal with when looking for a vehicle to purchase. A+++ experience. I will definitely send my family, friends and I will return to that location when it comes time for me to purchase another vehicle in the future. I am a very happy and satisfied Customer!!

I take my car in for oil change and ac check because it’s not as cold as I wanted. I get a call and they tell me I have a nail in my tire. I told them I know I have a nail. I had the nail for 5 months and it’s holding the air and I have no problem. They call me back and tell me they did me a favour by putting the spare on for the tire with the nail. I told them to put it back the way it was, they tell me the tire went flat and they have no choice, it will cost $35 to fix it. I told them it was working fine and if they want they can do it for me for free. The agreed. They call back and now I have 3 screws in my tire and they can’t fix it because it’s a liability.
Even with the AC issue. They tell me it’s the control display that is the problem. I told them I had the issue before with the original display before I bought an aftermarket display. He tells me no it’s not an aftermarket it’s the original that’s on right now. I told him I bought the display from Amazon myself couple of months ago. He got surprised and didn’t know what to say.
DON’T GO THERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

It was an amazing experience. I managed to get a great deal on a Cadillac Lyric, all thanks to Marty who offered me a fantastic price. I initially contacted the dealership online, and by the time I arrived at their office, all the paperwork was prepared and ready, making the process incredibly quick. The financing was completed in just a few minutes. In about an hour and a half, I was already driving my incredible new electric car. A big thank you to the team and a special shout-out to Marty!

If we could give a 0 we would we have been trying to be positive about this entire situation but the positive way of thinking went out of the window.
We purchased a vehicle in December 2023 at this location port richey we live in georgia and drove home at about 6pm at night. 2h into the ride we had all kind of codes come up on the vehicle and lights flashing we panicked. After a while it stopped. Next day car would not start.
Been in contact with Auto Nation they told us to bring it to service well service cannot figure out what is causing the issue. And still can't
Long story short since 1year my vehicle constantly stays in the shop has to get towed every single time because it will not start. We purchased a new battery which auto nation head quaters wanted to pay for and has not.
They was going to buy it back for thousands less then what we paid for putting us more into a minus. Carfax they presented us was great nothing on it besides regular maintenance.
The lincoln dealer we do service with which currently has my vehicle again pulled up all of the history from the 2020 navigator it has been in the shop since August 18 2020 for the same electrical issue which is vehicle not cranking up at all . We have the list of how many times back to back it has been in the shop way before we purchased it. And the dealer failed to inform us . I have reached out to auto nation HQ emailed and get 0 response. I am putting the safety of my family at risk with this vehicle. I prayed that you guys where human enough to fix this issue and sadly I was wrong.
I am paying alot of money for a vehicle that i am afraid of putting my child and myself in.
I believe that this vehicle was a lemon from beginning on and yet still was being sold.
Noone can pinpoint what is going on with the vehicle. I have send emails , videos and nothing is being done.
This was and is a nightmare for us.
I pray that everyone else had a better experience because we living the dream over here ?

UPDATE

Well there isn't much HQ contacted us in Hilton head wanted to sell the vehicle to someone else. Wow just wow after I tell you it is a lemon and just defective .

They said they call us back with a answer well we here nothing for about 1 week. We call them and the GM don't even get on the phone anymore he let's his lead tell us we cannot buy the vehicle back due to electrical issue. Say whatttttttt?
They told us to contact Auto Nation Port richey to take it back since they sold us this piece of metal.
I contacted GM port richey today and had to speak on am.
This is my last attempt before legal action!!!!!
I am really over it

Do not purchase anything with Auto Nation I can't stress this enough they did nothing absolutely nothing to help us
