Started talking to Bart Phillips last fall about building a custom food trailer. The process was easy and very professional. Bart did an awesome job guiding us through the build, was on top of returning phone calls and is extremely knowledgeable of the industry. We arrived to the warehouse in Florida to see the completed trailer and it was gorgeous! The staff and owners were friendly and very helpful. The quality of the trailer seems top notch and built to last. Would definitely recommend them!

To say my expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. It's like they plucked the idea from my brain and made it real. From the first phone call with Keith, I knew I made the right choice in choosing CN to make my trailer. Keith was very knowledgeable and responsive; he was so patient answering all of my questions. He walked me through the process and together, we made my ideal floor plan a reality. I even told him my budget and he made it possible!! Dora and Larry were also really great throughout the process. Every person I dealt with was kind, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.

I live 3.5 hours away from their location and had a really pleasant experience doing the whole thing remote, although I did make the trip to do the walkthrough in person and I'm so glad I did!! Everyone in the office is absolutely lovely.

As for the trailer itself - wow!!! They did such an incredible job. It is so well done. The craftsmanship is truly exceptional and the quality of everything is top notch. It is better than I could have dreamed.

The walk through was very thorough. And they were so helpful getting my hitch situation figured out.

Overall, I am beyond pleased. Thank you Concession Nation for being the best!
