Over the moon with my new Peugeot!! All the staff was so lovely and friendly, definitely refreshing as most dealerships can feel the opposite. Enquired about a MG Cyberster and was assisted by Richie. Could not have been more helpful, got a call to say they had an English white available and would we like to view it. We did, we loved it and we bought it. Richie went above and beyond what we have ever experienced with some of the high end garages. Richie communicates well, he is responsive and very positive. My previous experiences of buying a new car have not been good with the salesman upselling extras like ceramic coatings and useless insurance. Richie was quick to catch onto the mood music and the process of buying was hassle free and quick. I was hesitant to catch a train up to Durham but with people like Richie ,the process is much easier and I would consider Croxdale again despite it being 250 miles away.

I bought a MG last week from Croxdale Group and dealt with Richie. He was fab, from start to end. He made sure to adjust his schedule so we could get in for a test drive with very little notice. I needed the car ASAP after having problems with my old one, and Richie done everything he could to make sure this was possible, even working around my work schedule to get it to me fast! Picked up my new car today - service from start to finish was excellent! I had originally gone to see a different model a few weeks ago and decided I would like something slightly smaller so Richie took the time to show me another model and talk me through all of the features of both cars, kept in touch to let me know when the car was expected and when another colour came in stock arranged for me to test drive it. I ended up buying the car I test drove as I loved the colour. The whole process was straightforward and I was offered a brilliant price for the car I was trading in too which was a bonus. Richie was friendly, knowledgeable and I felt I could ask anything about the car without it seeming like a silly question. Every member of staff we met were friendly and welcoming, would highly recommend.
