OMG Grills and Erwin Manufacturing offer a standout experience in custom chef trailers, combining exceptional craftsmanship with top-notch customer service. After extensive research—watching YouTube videos, exploring styles on the OMG Grills website, and finally visiting the factory in Azule, TX—I chose a trailer model, customized it in black, and added modifications like four deep sinks with on-demand hot water. Admittedly, the company suffered some problems for a period under different management; however, THAT HAS CHANGED. Tim and Tammy Erwin, have taken back their company and personally make sure everything is meticulously designed and well thought out. Their patented design created a trailer that impressed both my food license inspector and the fire department. I can prep food on one side and serve on the other, with flexibility for steaming, hot-holding, boiling, and deep frying. The trailer pulls like a dream on the highway and we’ll
Balances for movement.
The Erwins’ renewed dedication to delivering an outstanding product shines through; they go above and beyond to meet customer needs. After the unfortunate temporary setback by a former manager (no longer involved and they quickly address past concerns ) Tim and Tammy are elevating their brand’s reputation in design quality, production, and customer service. It’s no wonder they serve organizations like the military and FEMA. My new trailer is drawing attention and setting a high bar in the mobile chef industry. For anyone looking into chef trailers, OMG Grills has my highest endorsement under current leadership.

So far all is well. I bought a trailer from omgrills and I'm happy with mine. It has everything a mobile chef needs to get the job done. The trailer is reasonably priced and affordable. I've recommended and referred a good amount of people already. During Halloween the parents were offering me jobs or asking for the contact information. Very polite staff. Check them out yourselves. God bless you all.

The OMG Trailer Company is a option for those seeking affordable trailers for businesses, churches, and food ventures. The company is diligent in ensuring compliance with state and city regulations, making the process seamless.
However, it’s important to be aware of varying customer feedback. While some reviews are positive, there are several that highlight concerns worth noting.
Tabitha and her family are genuinely kind individuals, but they face significant challenges with communication. A perusal of other reviews will reveal that my sentiments are not isolated—many share this observation. When their communication is effective, the service provided is excellent. There were instances when Tabitha responded promptly to my inquiries; however, there were also times when I had to reach out persistently over several days without receiving any response. This inconsistency occurred repeatedly throughout the year I worked with them.
In one recent instance, a week passed without any communication from their end until I reached out via Facebook and learned that Tabitha was unwell. It appears all company calls are routed directly to her, which is problematic for two reasons:
1. It's unfair for one person to bear such a burden without adequate support.
2. It suggests an urgent need for additional assistance within the team because if she is incapacitated, It feels like operations come to a standstill.
3. It leave us the customer without answer about where are product is.
Her mother did provide some help temporarily but eventually ceased doing so and started to ignore my calls as well.
The principal issue with this company remains its lack of consistent and reliable communication.
It is advisable to personally collect your trailer, if feasible. There have been several reported issues with the delivery service they employ. When I discussed my concerns with Tabitha, she assured me that there would be no complications regarding the delivery. Despite being provided a specific date, the pickup did not occur as promised. Although I was initially understanding due to statewide circumstances, it has now been a month of repeatedly hearing that my trailer is "on its way," which has understandably led to some frustration on my part.
The driver attempted to reach me twice from a specific number. When I returned the call, it surprisingly connected me with Tabitha other business a Roofing company. Upon inquiring about this, she explained that the number belonged to a work phone from a former employee who had "neglected to update the outgoing message". I used reverse look up and found that the number is actually a landline and not a cell phone. (not so sure because I did receive a text)
When I spoke with Tabitha, she informed me that she had not received any communication from her driver either. Four days later, I was told that he claimed to have been stranded in New Mexico during that time.
As of writing this message, I am still awaiting the arrival of my trailer.
I will update when or if I do.
UPDATE: I will get the trailer Saturday. it will be personally delivered. And I got a discount.
Update. I got my trailer. So they definitely aren't a scam.

I received my trailer, but no manufacturer certificate and no registration for the trailer. I have tried calling Tabitha several times since May 2024. No instruction on how to use equipment or a walk through. I essentially have a $14,000 paper weight. JB weld was used on several areas of trailer and essentially will have to be fixed. My only option is to basically use serial numbers off trailer and get it certified through another manufacturing company which is going to take even longer. What a way to rip off a Disabled Combat Veteran. This was going to be a way for me to make some type of income. Instead, it's costing me money. I think everyone here with negative reviews should get together and take legal action against the company. I also have an appointment to speak to their local news.

Buyer beware. I put over 3k down on a trailer back in March. After zero communication and me hounding them to answer a phone, email, whatever I finally got someone to respond. Unfortunately she just lied. It now almost September and I don’t have what I paid for and they will not return my money. Even though they say they will. Please be cautious about being scammed as well.
