Dirty, run down, slow service (albeit the employees were friendly.) All the shoes were so worn, and the soles were filthy - like .. some kind of gum/paper situation was stuck to the bottom of my son's. Which made sense once we got to the lanes and saw how filthy those were! Ive been to many bowling lanes and it was honestly shocking. My shoes were literally making that sticking sound as I walked up to bowl. There was debris, grime, what looked like a spilled drink near the start of the lane. Every lane looked like this. And half the lanes were shut off with maintenance symbols on the screen. Which is OK I guess since there was really no one there anyways (we went on a Friday at 7pm.) We ordered through the QR code as soon as we got there. Our food, including the kids lemonade & fruit punch, took 45 minutes to come out only after we asked about it at the 40 minute mark. There is no one that walks around to check on the tables so we had to go to the bar and the front desk to about our order. We were the only ones there and 2 tables sat in the main dining area so they weren't busy. My fries were cold, my Buffalo chicken wrap had literally 2 small bites of chicken in it, it was mostly a lettuce and sauce wrap. I was very disappointed. My kids food took another 10 minutes to come out - at least the fries were fresh; overall the food was OK. Despite all the "small" issues, the dirty lanes are unacceptable for a bowling alley. Especially at the prices they're charging!! Will not be returning or recommending.

It was a Tuesday night that I told my husband this will be the last time we are going here because the theater that we sat in was utterly disgusting . There was trash everywhere in chairs, on the tables , and in the cup holders. Being someone who is raised in a clean environment , I sanitized my chair and my husbands. Also, this wasn’t the first time this happened and there were also so many moths in the theater. Side note there were only two other people in the theater . Now don’t get me wrong the meal tray is set at a nice price and the bowling alley attached is nice . I just believe they should hold up their theater to a higher standards of customer service .

I gave the manager a few days to reach out and resolve the situation, as I was told I would receive a call back as soon as possible. However, since I have not received any communication, here is my review.

Customer Service Review – October 20, 2024

On Sunday, October 20th, 2024, my family and I visited this location to enjoy bowling and the arcade games. While the bowling and arcade experience itself was excellent, we encountered significant issues with the customer service after ordering food.

Initially, everyone we interacted with was helpful. However, problems began when we ordered food through the QR code at the bowling lane, including shrimp tacos. I want to emphasize that neither the paper menu at the bar nor the online menu listed cheese as part of the original taco ingredients. While adding cheese was offered for an extra dollar, I specifically avoided this option due to my dairy allergy. Unfortunately, the tacos arrived with cheese.

Since my mother and I were sharing the tacos, she tried one before I could complain, which I acknowledge may not have been ideal. However, when we raised the issue with the bartender, his response was dismissive. He neither listened to our concerns nor made any effort to assist. Instead, he explained that new management was in place, suggesting that a discrepancy between their internal and public menus caused the error. While I understand such operational challenges can be frustrating for employees, there are appropriate ways to address customer issues, especially in situations involving allergies.

The bartender repeatedly insisted he could not help unless we placed a new order. As I tried to explain that the mistake was not ours, my mother decided to place another order to avoid further conflict. The bartender instructed us to confirm at the bar that the tacos would not contain cheese.

After placing the order, I went to the bar to explain the situation to the female bartender and asked her to ensure the tacos were prepared without cheese. At this point, the original bartender approached my mother, claiming I had again requested cheese, and she redirected him to speak with me. When he confronted me at the bar, he did so in a loud, accusatory tone, seemingly intent on proving me wrong.

I asked him to show me the receipt. The kitchen ticket only listed “shrimp tacos, add avocado, add mayo.” I asked him to point out where cheese was mentioned. He then referred to the paper menu, but it confirmed the ingredients did not include cheese. Despite being clearly proven wrong, he refused to apologize and continued making excuses, even advising me to “watch what I order” because of my allergy. I explained again that I had followed the menu’s information carefully.

The interaction was embarrassing for the bartender, as his incorrect assumption was exposed in front of other customers at the bar. Unfortunately, his poor handling of the situation left my family and me disappointed, ultimately leading us to decide not to return.

That evening, I attempted to contact the managers to address the situation, but the person who answered the phone told me both were unavailable.

I love this movie theater, I go every Tuesday for the $5 dollar movies. The small theater size makes it more enjoyable for me and my family. Also having the Option to get food delivered to your seat so you don’t have to miss the movie is super cool! The only downside is nobody checks tickets inside the theater and a lot of times people will sit in the seats that I’ve paid for, that needs to be changed immediately because it’s happened the past three times I went, totally not cool!

The theater quality is actually very good. It’s one of my favorite IMAX theaters in the area. Unfortunately the food service and cleanliness has gone way downhill after it switched to EVO from Paragon. Not sure who the new manager is. The food consistently takes longer to come out than it used to and they get the orders wrong often, after which there’s no way to contact them without going up front. It seems like it’s much dirtier also. The last two times I came here there was no one taking tickets and we just walked in. I wouldn’t be surprised if a bunch of the people here don’t have tickets. Still one of my favorite theaters, but can’t ignore how badly it functions under the new management.

Love this theater, the double seats with privacy on each side are great!! Really keeps others noise to a minimum. The extra privacy made it cozy.The screen is IMAX , clean , nice staff, great snack prices, and the bathroom was clean.We really enjoyed watching our movie there.☺️
