We took our 2019 Chevrolet Traverse Premier to Ferman Chevrolet Tarpon Springs for help with our Cruise Control. Neil in service waited on us immediately. The service was completed a while later and we were then given instructions to help us use the Cruise Control correctly. We were kept informed of the status of our vehicle while the service was completed. Our beautiful car was returned to us even better than ever.

I wish I could give 20 stars to this company. This has been the most amazing car experience I have ever had. I have been trying to find a car for a while and I knew the exact car I wanted. I spoke with Bogi who was very kind and they were able to get me approved with my trade in but I did not think it would be enough to put down so I backed out. Shortly after I got a call from Patrick and he saved the day. I did not want to waste anyone's time, I really did not think I could get approved. Not only was I approved but they also got my payments right where I wanted it. We closed out this amazing sale with Dan the finance man and I was able to drive off with my very first car in my name.
