I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my son’s first car from Ford of Kendall, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! Since I live in Port Saint Lucie, FL, and the dealership is located in Miami, the entire purchase was made remotely, which could have easily been challenging. However, the team at Ford of Kendall made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free.

From my first contact with Dori, an online sales representative, I knew this dealership was different. Dori’s willingness to assist, her attentiveness, and her dedication to providing outstanding customer service were unmatched compared to other dealerships I had contacted across Florida. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, and I immediately requested that she be my sales agent. She assured me that she would be available whenever I needed, and she truly delivered on that promise. Dori's consistent communication and her genuine desire to help were impressive.

Dori then connected me with Alex Garrido, who also rendered phenomenal service. Alex guided me through the negotiation process, helping us secure student discounts and incentives for the cash deal—something I greatly appreciated as we were purchasing my son's first car. His transparency and dedication to getting us the best possible deal made this remote purchase feel personal and seamless.

I went to this dealer with my 2011 f250 sd 6.7L because the battery light appeared on my dashboard. My batteries were brand new and I bought them two days before, the alternator was almost new installed 5 months previously, the dash light appeared around a month previously to go to the dealer, the alternator was charging properly. After 15 days of my car been sitting on the dealership they didn't have an answer about what was the problem and they wasn't resolve anything but they wanted to charge me because the long time they spend on my truck. Finally they didn't charged because they didn't fix anything as i told them, but when i picked up my truck from the dealership my truck dashboard went off 1/2 mile away from the dealership and i stayed broken before to arrive to home and i had to call a tow truck be towed to my home. I don't know what they did, but i don't recommend this place to anybody. They also return my truck all dirty inside with grease fingerprints everywhere.
