This was probably the most stress free and nicest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Our sales rep Tay and his manager Angela were absolutely amazing and so kind. They took the time to listen and to make sure we were comfortable. They even made our kids welcome and had plenty of games and toys for them to play with so they wouldn’t be bored. As a result of losing our vehicle during hurricane Helene, we needed to find a replacement. We wanted to transition from an SUV to a Ford truck. We visited a few Ford dealerships including Gator Ford. We had an idea of what we wanted in a truck while also being on an affordable budget. Our sales person, The Moroccan Cowboy, was personable, committed and an advocate to find us what we were looking for in a vehicle. When it wasn’t in their current inventory, he remained invested in helping us and ultimately contacting us when he was able to locate it. I would like to say this is one of the best Car dealerships you could ever go to! They don’t pressure you into a vehicle you don’t like instead they help find the vehicle for you and make sure you understand the finance portion of that vehicle, I was with Thomas the sales guy for hours I mean hours till he helped me pick out my new F150 fully loaded truck! Out of all the Ford dealerships I've dealt with Gator is hands down the best. Was able to get my vehicle in for a diagnosis and the repair completed before I was even able to get an appointment at the Ford dealer down the road.
Everyone there was courteous, knowledgeable, and looked like they were having a lot of fun. I'll never go anywhere else.

Just wanted to say this was by far my best experience at a dealership. About a month ago, my transmission on my previous car went out and I decided it was time to find something new.
