I’am so disappointed again from this Resturant IHOP located at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. I decided to give you all a try again and you failed again .
The food tasted horrible. I don’t know what you use to cook the egg whites . It was dripping oil and it taste disgusting. The sausage links had a funky taste to it . I thought I could run out before my meeting to grab a quick breakfast, this really made me sick to my stomach!
Management needs to do better!!!!

So Let Me start by saying I’m overly experienced for this position. They’re the most unprofessional company I’ve ever went on an interview with. I sat in an interview over an hr first I drove to the airport with little to no direction. I had to call to get appropriate direction. Just to get to the ihop where I was asked to go to the GM and let them know I am here for an interview. I go speak to the GM and he says sit in the back. No hey how are you doing No offering of water nothing at all. After sitting for 15 minutes the individual who asked for me to come in for an interview called and said she would be coming down. We eventually proceeded to go to the office for an interview as I stated before the interview was over an hr. Interview went very well. My confusion and upset was with the follow up Mae Gilley stated I’ll receive a second interview look for a text or call so I did. She also stated it would be virtual. I waited called and texted no response. I eventually received a message from a different person from concessions asking me to come in for an interview the upcoming Monday either way Mae texts me later in the day saying I wasn’t chosen which is ok. I don’t understand how you want the most qualified but and want the best turn around and you choose individuals who are under qualified to run a operation. I’m a little disturbed by the lack of communication and the actual communication. At this point I personally choose not to move forward myself with this company. I understand why it has the lowest score. I also understand why they will not have a great future. In order to rebuild you have to make great decisions and communication which they lack to it’s entirety. They want to give the younger generation a opportunity which is okay but don’t expect a great outcome business wise when you make unethical decisions. I wish this company the best. I will never apply here again my first and last, Bad first encounter and experience.

I recently ate at a Global Concessions restaurant at the ATL airport.... The general manager was yelling at a cleaning man and one of the employees of a restaurant. I don't know if either the cleaning person or the restaurant employee was right or wrong but for this GM to be yelling in front of customers was unprofessional.... Made me and my party very uncomfortable....no one deserves to be treated like that!

Great wraps at atlanta airport is Always slow, horrible customer service, self order kiosk never works. I am one step away from adding this to my list of boycotted establishments.

I was trying to eat healthy but the candied yams were very hard seemed like they were barely cooked. The greens and macaroni and cheese had almost no seasoning. The worst $8.64 veggie plate that I have ever spent. Threw it in trash. I enjoyed my water.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received at the ATL airport. Really anywhere. I don’t care to hear how management was cussed out by some nasty person with a foul mouth.

If i could give less of a review I would. I went to Grrat Wraps at the Hartsfield-Jackdon International Airport. Too get a quick bite of to eat. No line no problem. It took 55 min to recieve my order. How in the hell does it take almost an hr to receive a sandwich and a order of all ready cooked fries. This is a freaking airport, glad to have a 1 hr layover. So I got to eat the barley edible meal on my way running to catch my flight. A joke would make this experience more bearable. If you cannot operate a decent business in a fast pace environment, shut down.
