I'm not a young man and have purchased many cars, but I have to say the service department is the worst one I have ever dealt with, not to mention all the discounts my wife was supposed to get and they fought us tooth and nail on getting them. But this review is about their lack of service, two times. Here are the problems, do not use their service department:

1. It took 4 hours with appointments for a simple oil change and tire rotation and couldn't get it right and needed two trips to fix.
2. Leaking oil of almost a quart of oil after service
3. 4 tire rotation instead of 5 recommended by Ford
4. Wiper fluid cap was not placed back on and left open
5. Dipstick was halfway out, causing oil to leak and spray oil
6. Oil spray in engine wasn't properly cleaned up after spraying all over
7. Spare tire had Low tire pressure and wasn't checked properly
8. No car wash after oil sprayed all over? Unbelievable.
9. No offer to comp our time for inconveniences

This kind of service should not be endorsed by Ford or Grieco headquarters and Grieco Ford should be ashamed of their poor performance. We will never use them again for service and of course, never for sales. Proof is in the pictures. Incredible.

No one is held accountable. I have been a manager, owner and boss and I would have fired the person that serviced the vehicle and certainly gone after the Service Manager for not solving the problem. Let's see if a canned answer without accountability or resolve happens by some PR person as there is no resolve and probably won't be.

Wonderful experience buying my truck from this dealership. I drove 10 hours to purchase the exact truck I wanted. The team had all my paperwork and truck ready when I arrived. Since I bought it online, they took several pictures and videos of the vehicle for me. I called several times with different questions and each time they answered me. I would drive the 10 hours again to do business with this staff. All departments were friendly and eager to answer any questions about the truck

Michael Baldwin was awesome. Had to turn in my truck to get a replacement for an F150 2021. Got it back to me within a couple of days. Mike was super helpful and the tech team did a great job with the repairs and replacements. Highly recommend anyone do to a Ford to come here.
