Shuttle service to take me home , pick me up is so helpful as we live at opposite ends of Windsor. The driver also so nice.
Andrea Hill at the Service Desk is the person I always deal with. She has great Customer Service, so friendly, nice, efficient. Keeps me informed as to what the repairs needed are, the cost, when it can be completed. I am sorry that caused you to be sorry, as you are really sorry and not to be sorry for PR and damage control, your service financial head didn't sound that sorry btw when she tossed a phone number for me to call and ask for a coupon or something instead!

The hearth of the problem is not a $73 oil change that was supposed to be free as you promised (I got the car from you, not GM factory), the problem is that I should have been told right away that you are not honoring it when I brought the car in, not doing the job and say oh, btw we are not honoring it and you should pay! So as I am sure I am not the first one during your decades of experience, if you were really sorry you could have corrected your system and told customers in advance, or send an email instead of all those junk marketing emails you send.
I would also provide the head of your service financial a course or two on customer interaction/satisfaction.

My wife and I spend all day looking for a SUV. Dealer after dealer we visited it seemed they didn't want our business. We felt the service was not what it used to be and that we were out of the loop. We decided to try one more dealer. We visited Gus Revenberg GMC Buick Chevrolet dealer. As we drove in looking at the used cars, a salesman named Jay came out right way to greet us. Brought my car in for diagnostics test! blowing blue smoke and burning oil, told the Mechanic Valve cover, water pump and Turbo were changed. He used a obd 2 reader and told me my Turbo Turbo Turbo was bad! I told him again we changed the Turbo after few days it blew blue smoke and burning oil.his reply "he wasn't arguing with me it's the Turbo! I payed for a Turbo 2300.00 plus almost 300.00 diagnostics test! 3 days after the Turbo installed! Exactly the same issue blowing blue smoke and oil burning went back now it's everything else! Had a meeting with the Service Manager never contacted me back not answering the phone or Messages. Great customer service. Take your money and run.
