Love this theatre's! It always feels homey and comfortable. There are a variety of foods and snacks. The restrooms are clean and fresh. I have seen all my favorite movies in this theater. Even our church community goes to this theater as a group, and there is always room.

Our overall experience today was great as usual BUT if the concession stand has its own manager in a red shirt, this is for you. Smile. Greet the customer. Not, next in line card only. How are you today? Thank you for letting us serve you. Be enthusiastic. Offer any other snacks to customer. Sell sell sell. Thank the customer. Hope to see you soon. Come see us soon. Offer new movie info. Draw the customer back. And ticket/snack cashiers- ask for a members number!!!!

The employees are very friendly place is very clean. The chairs are comfortable and they reclined. During the week on Mondays and Tuesdays, they have special showings of old movies, or a theme (on Mondays). Tickets then are $5 which is a deal. Especially if it's a movie you love. You get the opportunity to watch it in theaters again or for the first time. My family and I love coming here.

Off to a preview at the Harkin. It was a large location with lots of space. The air was perfect since it was ragin hot outside. Didn’t have to wait long and didn’t buy any concessions. The bathrooms were clean and no wait. The prices are high but that’s to be expected. The seats are comfortable and plenty of room to get past other guests if you are sitting in a middle seat. The front rows are a little to close for my liking but what can you do? Ten out of ten would recommend. Pretty sad Sound of Freedom wasn’t playing at this theater.

Best And Huge Movie Theater In Town For All Of The Great Movies That Are Released In Theaters. I Have Been To This Theater Because It Is My Local Movie Theater, And I Have Seen A Lot Of Great Movies At This Theater. If There Is A Movie That Is Not That Good, I Would Not Recommend It. When I Know That There Is A Good Movie For Me, I Would Recommend It For Other People. In Other Words, I Would Recommend This Theater In Chino Hills For Anyone Who Would Like To See The Latest Movies. Ample parking space and decent options from confectionery store.

Decent sound quality and video screen.

Though they clean the theatre halls, but still there’s a thrash between the seats and looks very unclean.

Mu family and I usually go during the Matinee time, but it's clean, there's good movie selection, x1 free popcorn refill (we purchase the X-Large popcorn), and there is a yearly souvenir cup with low-cost soft drink refills, too. We always have a great time.
