The Harkins theater is definitely customer service oriented, the employees were courteous and attentive during my visit, I was offered help to locate my theater number. This theater definitely cares about the cleanliness of their facilities. The high definition screens and excellent sound system really intensify the movie watching experience.

I have been going to this theater with friends and family for years, but unfortunately, not anymore due to the poor customer service. One of the managers, a lady, was extremely rude and treated me disrespectfully. Her behavior was unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering her role as a manager, where she should set an example and treat customers with respect. The experience was so off-putting that we decided to switch to LOOK Theater, which has a much more professional and courteous team. I pay to enjoy a movie, not to deal with rude staff. It’s unfortunate, but this experience has left a lasting negative impression.

Wow! This theater provided me the BEST movie experience I've had in years. I admit, I don't go to the movies very often anymore, due to the awful flicks produced the past decade or so. However, viewing @TheForge at this facility, was a true delight. No sound 'creep' from adjoining areas, adequate safety lighting, non-gouging pricing & very comfortable seating. Drove 30 miles to this facility & plan to patronize again, when there's a production worthy of going to view.

Im not much of complaining but the staff needs to be more professional. Ive been coming here for all my movies, Everything is perfect but the staff. Weve waited in line for popcorn and it was taking quite a while but thats normal. We paid, started to head over to hour movie but the employee that took care of us came running to bring us back to the concession stand. He said the screen froze so he needed us back to check if it went through. 5 employees were there standing there for 10 min more (PS: the movie already started 15 min ago) None of them for communicating to us, no word just for them to tell us “there wasnt receipt paper thats why it froze, you can go ahead” my group and I were so upset. I would like you guys to improve on communicating with us, your customers, because not only the employee was there but team lead and manager confused of what was going on. May not be coming back for a while.

Place can be lots cleaner (or at least maintained by employees) for the price of admission. Seeing employees slide on the tiles behind the counter is workman's comp waiting to happen. Other than that a lot of movie selections, comfy seats and great audio.

Big beautiful building, friendly front door attendant. Girl at register didn't get full order luckily we didn't pay extra for something we didn't get a ticket for either. And bummed that they had no more Deadpool Popcorn Buckets (thinking hot commodity to order more right)
The theater we went into was a decent size, but I was disappointed that they didn't have the big sofa like recliners like others I've been to or the tablets to order food at your seat. But the seats did recline, and I enjoyed every bit of the movie.
