Misleading, hidden fees, poor experience.
During my car buying processes I did not have a great experience at H&H while looking for a used car. The price they had listed for the vehicle was well above the Kelly Blue Book value, when I noted this and showed the salesman I was told that the discounts that they offer though H&H would help get the price of the car down into a more reasonable range. Those "discounts" brought the car closer to the upper range of the Kelly Blue Book value. They then added on all of the hidden fees which brought the price right back up. It all felt like a game/scam.
The most frustrating fee that they insisted needed to be added was an H&H Certified warranty that was about $900. I asked for this to be removed because the car would have still been under the manufacturer warranty which was better than the warranty they were insisting had to remain with purchase of the car. I left and told them that I could not purchase a car that had a listed price close to the price of a new vehicle of the same make along with all of their hidden fees.
One week later the salesman texted saying that they "worked some numbers" and if I was still interested that they would be able to get close to the original price I was hoping for. Their sales team seem to play price games with their potential customers.
I am glad that as soon as I walked out of there I went to a different dealership and ended up purchasing from them only a few hours later. I will not give H&H my business and openly tell others looking to purchase a car about my H&H experience.
