A great experience all around. My wife and I went in looking to see what we could do to trade in her vehicle and get something more affordable. Our salesman, Howard, was fantastic. Howard was pleasant, honest and no push at all. Ben the sales manager was fantastic as well as he worked hard to find us something that would work to lower our payments and in fact help us overall like with gas mileage and insurance difference from the Jeep we traded in. Received a no-nonsense out-the-door price for a new vehicle which included everything. By everything, that's tax, fees, tag transfer, etc. The list is long, but the final out-the-door price is what I wanted. They had the vehicle I wanted, installed the options I needed and met the price I was looking to pay. They even delivered it 4 hours away at no charge. Sales and finance were responsive but not pestering. Other dealer insisted I come in for an appointment and wanted to me to consider colors and options I did not want (in an apparent effort to move inventory) while lacking features I DID want. Everything was done over the internet and electronic communications. Enjoying my vehicle and am happy to recommend the dealership if your local Florida dealer isn't treating you the way you want.
