They were able to lower our well 200 feet. We were very happy with their work. The owners daughter was very professional, straight forward and had a sense of humor. They were friendly and seemed passionate about their work. The well drillers were hard working and tough. We are thankful that they were able to drill so closely to a giant willow tree that we did not want to remove. 10/10 would recommend. They are busy, so get on their list early!

Absolute worst customer service on the planet. After they gave me information regarding a well they previously drilled on my property, and after confirming that information with them at least one other time, I later contacted them to get the actual documented well log. At this time they informed me that their records indicate the well may not have been drilled on my property and they had no answers to provide. This is after I spent thousands upon thousands of dollars further developing the well with pumps, pipe, storage tank, tractor work, labor etc. Then they had the nerve to ask me to pay someone to do a test on the well to find out the depth so they can try to find records for it. Yes, after telling me contradicting information that the well may not even be on my property and providing zero additional information, they asked ME to spend more money to provide THEM with information on the well because they couldn't find the proper records. Their records for the well on my land had since been hand scribbled on with another address written in place of mine. Why this wasn't mentioned the previous times I've spoken to them over the last 12 months is beyond me. And despite all their misinformation and inaccurate records and information, they decided to ask me to invest more money into this project to provide THEM with the records for their own project since their own records were incomplete. And none of this was done in any manner representing good customer service but rather with rude, aggressive and demanding behavior. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Horrible communication. Was told in November of 2021 that they could drill a well for me in spring of 2022. I filled out their form and waited. They never called me back even after more messages. Finally in September of 2022 they said it would be end of year before they were done with other projects, and even then could not guarantee it. I understand things happen but you simply must communicate. I would not recommend even starting a conversation about any well needs you have with this company.

This company had me on a waiting list for 3 years. When I called them for the 3rd time the owners daughter was extremely extremely rude and basically said too bad so said. She said she refused to listen to what I had to say. The next day the owner finally comes out to see my property an stated they couldn't do the job. When I told him about how unprofessional and rude his daughter had been he said "she is pregnant". Too bad I can't rate them zero stars or else I would.

I used this company recently to drill a well I needed. My experience with the owner or manager was very poor. While drilling a new well and abandoning another, they broke an existing water line. When I asked them about it they acknowledged they had caused the problem but their response was "it isn't our problem". The fix would have taken less than an hour and would have cost about $2 in material. This unfortunate circumstance left a tenant I had living on the property without water. I understand things happen but I could not believe how poorly this situation was handled. This company simply acts like they don't care. In the future I will choose another company and I would highly recommend others do the same.

They were very professional, very nice when ever I went into thier office and always answered my questions. They were very quick to get the job done and will defenitly be recommending them. Thwy provided me with information as to what steps to take next to get my new home in the property done!

Drilled new water well for us in difficult rock. Drill pipe broke, but the crew quickly realized the problem, sent for new pipe sections while they extracted the problem pieces, and were back up and running after working very hard to recover from the delay. Worked very quickly and efficiently, and were very courteous and willing to explain the process. Definitely would have them do another well for us.

I'd give 0 stars if it were an option. I should have listened to friends who warned me about this place, but I felt my options were limited. Horrible customer service. Office staff is dismissive and rude. Stay away.
