No complaints. Experience was great. Very smooth from beginning to end. Started out via internet. Immediately received a call back from Justin Camacho. He was awesome and amazing from beginning to end of our purchase! He was so very attentive to my needs and questions. Justin was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. Not a pushy car salesperson! He made sure I understood all aspects of my car deal and I received exactly what I was looking for and the deal I wanted. Turnaround time was unbelievable! Could not have asked for a better salesperson as Justin Camacho. Finance was an easy task for us too. We have not financed anything in over 30+ years. David Gonzalez Guerrero made out finance experience easy and understandable.

After visiting other big name dealerships in the area and being disappointed with the service we received, we made it to KIA to see one specific car we were interested in online. I would like to say this has been one of the best expierences I have had ever buying a car hands down. From the moment I stepped out of my old vehicle. I was greeted with a very inviting and warm welcome. A salesman of the name Russle greeted us by chance because he was standing outside helping to put up a canopy right next to were we had parked. He immediately asked us what we were looking for and brought us to his desk made me a latte and my friend a coffee. He sat back and asked us questions. He wasnt forceful trying to get me to get a car that was 2025 that was 45000. I was explaining what capabilities i really liked in a vehicle. The type of style of vehicle that I really liked. He sat there and didn't say a word and started researching his inventory. He asked me about a kia forte and in my mind it was very basic and cheap lookjng car and i was hesitant at first. He asked me to trust him that i didn't have to take it we could just look. I tell you he picked out and showed me the exact thing I had described and wanted with the budget I had. He showed me a 2022 Kia Forte GT. It was so exquisite,smooth and sleek
It was presicley what I was looking for.. The best part is that I get 24 miles to the gallon in the city. While we were dealing with paperwork He had the car detailed and checked before we finished and was ready to drive away. He made sure to answer any questions we had about the vehicle or about the process and how everything broke down with the payment and the warranty. He didn't force anything on me or was aggressive wiith trying to upsell me and making me feel pressured to up our budget. He helped me with everything. In the end the entire sales process felt like it was finished in a very timely fashion. He then showed me all the features and how to use the vehicle properly so I'm not guessing in the middle of driving were I could be at high risk in getting into a accident and hurt myself or someone else because my focus was on the car and not the road. He set up my bluetooth and all the settings the way i wanted them. He even offered to have someone follow me home with the car I came in to make sure I got both cars home safely. The next day after I left I thought my car sounded weird . I have PTSD from my old car breaking so much that i was fearful i would break this one lol. So I called him at work qnd He reached back iut to me pretty quickly and offered me to bring it back by whenni had the time.cHe instantly reassured me he was there for me and that just because the sale was done that I still mattered and how I felt mattered. That i could call him up anytime and he would reach back to me. Ken Ganley KIa has so many wonderful extra perks that most other dealerships never have or offer. I have unlimited carwashes and detailing. If anything breaks it will be fixed at no cost to me up to 10 years 100,000 miles. I know this very lengthy review but I could go on and on about this place and this specific salesman bcuz he wasnt some slime ball who was just money hungry and willing to tell me anything I wanted to hear to make a extra buck or two . He had helped us with every single thing we needed. Also there cars a pre certified so you know it isn't going to break,and you get the most for your buck since now days a buck doesn't get you very far. It Has style and fuel efficency and holds the value better than most brands of vehicles. Then I hands down suggest Ken Ganley Kia. I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade.So yeah I promise my short story that was long is over and i hope I have helped you know my experience and helped you in your decision to go and check out this amazing dealership that should have many more 5 star reviews.

I purchased my vehicle approximately a month ago. When I bought it the car had no issues I NOTICED at that time. After a couple weeks I got a light tint on the front windshield (80%) and I noticed while driving there were large wiper blade marks etched into the windshield. These weren’t noticed at first because after speaking to a windshield expert, they explained that any level of tint will significantly affect the visibility of any marks/ damage. They also explained it’s not likely I caused such significant damage in only a month and that the previous owner had the original wiper blades on it the whole time and they were likely dry rotted. Additionally there were blown speakers (these weren’t noticed at first because the ones on the passenger side are blown and they only intermittently go out.) again, something not likely caused by me in only a month. Not to mention I don’t listen to my music at a high volume. So now I’m at 700 for a windshield, 400 to recalibrate the sensor in the windshield, and 550 to buy aftermarket speakers. When you do a “warranty case” with Kia they do the cheapest fix and only want to replace the passenger speakers. Guess what? Spoke with a speaker guy and he said speakers don’t only go bad one at a time, whole set needs replacement.
The sales manager just laughed when I asked if they could help with these issues cause it’s been “ a whole month” no, it’s been ONLY a month, big difference.

The other day while driving a friends car I had an indicator light come on, I had no idea what it meant.
I knew this Kia dealership was close. I pulled into the service drive was greeted promptly.
Not even a minute later a service writer named Katrina came out, I showed her the light she explained it to me and all was good!
Nothing like having someone not only smart but cheerful help make you have a great day!

Went in to have my car serviced Michael Medina was my service advisor he was very knowledgeable explained everything clearly so there was no misunderstanding. Got my oil change n tire rotation. He made sure I was satisfied with the work and that there were no questions before I left. So make sure you check this guy out you won't be disappointed.
