Brilliant customer service great peace of mind I didn't get a the most expensive car or even close to new but they looked after me and made sure the car was 100% before I tuck it away. It came with 2 year full warranty even tho it was 7 year old.

Beleave Sam on reception went the extra mile as instead of waiting for my car to be serviced which was planed he took me to an important meeting and still ensured my car was serviced and washed in time for me to go home for lunch.Thanks Sam

Although I only went for a tyre check, included was a Vehicle Health Check Report, a wash and vac, a delicious cup of coffee and biscuit, very friendly and helpful Customer Service--- and all for free!

Reserved a used vw polo online paid £99 deposit. Arrived at the dealership downhill from there onwards. Requested a test drive salesman originally said he would insure the car for 15 mins for a test drive,pointed out that 15 mins wasn't much of a test drive reluctantly he agreed to extend this to 60 mins, said he would fetch the car for me too test drive.He fetched the wrong car,after this was pointed out to him he went an brought the right car BUT told me it was sold even after car had been reserved by myself.He offered me a test drive in another polo which I accepted.Came to negotiating a deal was offered nearly a £1000 pound less than there online value saying it needed back and front bumpers sprayed Needless to say no deal. Took my car to another dealer who said I had really looked after the car gave me the price asked for deal done.
