Finding a new used car can be a daunting process and after some disappointing experiences at other garages in Edinburgh and also looking endlessly online for cars, I'm pleased I came to Longstone cars and bought my car here! I bought a lovely 2013 Citroën C3 last month that I had my eye on. The car is superb and in great condition for the age and just what I was looking for. I dealt with the manager Malcolm personally and I was pleased with the friendly, helpful, honest and transparent service he gave and the staff there in this family run business. I was slightly concerned on the mileage of the car but they were also able to do a timing belt change for the car and a several other upgrades and put a new 12 month mot on the car before I purchased the car. Great service and nice selection of cars and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new used car!

Never write reviews but have to say thanks to Longstone Edinburgh. Bought a small Ford and was happy until I was told by Ford this model wouldn't take roof rack bars(after 2 days of looking). This was the main reason for buying a car and was discussed when buying. When I got in touch with LE ltd I was expecting to be told it was my problem and I would have to deal with it. I was very wrong. Not only did they source the correct bars, but they also ordered and payed for them, no charge to me.
I am a pessimist and was amazed by this and very grateful.

Longstone car dealership provided an excellent experience. They were professional and accommodating, allowing us to view a car on a Sunday without any pressure to buy. We appreciated the option to pay a holding deposit, later discounted from the car's price. The test drive was pleasant, with no pressure put on us and took our time testing it. Overall, I highly recommend Longstone for their professional and customer-centric approach to car sales.

Nice friendly garage to deal with , Salesman was good at his job , He left me alone to check the car over no pressure sellings or hovering over the top of me which I had suffered at other dealerships.
Car was perfectly as described as I had hoped for with it being such a high value car, The service was perfect and the process effortless, The only issue i could find was it being in Edinburgh and me being from Glasgow A+++ would buy again from these guys.

I went to Longstone last Saturday to check out a car I saw on auto trader. The sales guy, Patrick was very helpful. I did not feel any pressure to buy a car whilst I was there. I did not end up getting a car but I just wanted to make this review to highlight the great customer service I received at this dealership. I will highly recommend them.
