I have purchased 31 cars over the years and I cannot think of a more courteous, professional and friendly dealership than Lotus of Orlando. Paulo, Nick, Don, Dave and Damian were the best.
In a time when many companies take customers for granted, Paulo and his staff make "attention to detail" and Customer Service their number one priority.
I had a small issue and the way Dave and Don took care me you would have thought I was their only customer!
