36 hours after getting our new car hit a curb, causing 10k in damage. Called the insurance company, and they knew nothing about the new car. No paperwork was sent. They let us leave that night with no insurance on the car. Just proof of insurance on a different car. Now I have a giant paper weight in my driveway, which also cost me 300$ to get it back to my house because it doesn't drive cracked sub frame. This place doesn't care about hard-working people who need a car, just the money they collect at the end. It's been almost a month, and I have not heard from one person. They sure were quick to call about picking up that 500$ trade in we had. The " trade" was NOT registered or insured. It was sitting in the drive for 3-4 years. Maybe next time you have your all

My experience with Maus Nissan is extremely pleasant. I’ll be honest I hate dealerships and I steer clear of them at all chances I get. But Maus Nissan has changed completely changed my view on that, in regards to Maus Nissan specifically. Every other dealer still gives me the ick. My salesman Demetri and serviceman Art were phenomenal people. Nothing but honesty, respect, treated me as an equal, and didn’t pry/overdo selling me a car. I didn’t even want to buy anything initially I was going to fix our Buick but either I spent 4k fixing that car or buy a new car for my wife’s bday. I love the 2024 Rogue for my wife & baby it’s perfect. Thanks to everyone there showing me how true service should be, I even had a nice gentlemen show me a safer way to secure my daughters car seat. That to me was over the top service and was the cherry on the cake for me.

Poor. After buying a car at 930pm they rushed us out the door and locked it. No insurance was filed. 2 days after getting the car hit a curb . The mechanic there said it was 10 thousand dollars. Called the insurance no insurance. They let us drive off the lot with no insurance. It's been a month and my new car is sitting in my the driveway. They even charged me 300$ to look at it but can't fix it because there's no insurance and it's their fault. Place is a joke. Nothing but money hungry . The car " traded" was NOT registered or insured it sat in my driveway for 3+ years. Maybe you should look into things better before you post things you obviously have no idea about. Proving my point that your business is greedy and doesn't care to look into the problems of your customers. Just auto generated comments.

I recently had repair done on my Nissan Rogue. I was impressed with the service that Randy provided. He was there ever step of the way. He navigated through my warranty paperwork. Took the time to dicuss options and even went out of his way and stayed late to make sure I was able to get my car in time for work the next day. He even went out of the way to make sure my daughter got a bag of chips, which she always looks forward to. He made a customer for life. Very professional and went above and beyond. Excellent service!

When I purchased my vehicle(2023 Rouge leftover) I requested a zero down and zero percent interest because my credit rating is above 800 this should be no problem. The credit manager came back with zero down and 9.15% interest. He said this was the best that Nissan offered. He never once offered a lower rate for a shorter term. Within a few days, Nissan came out with a 1.9 and % deal on the car I bought. I went back to the dealer and was told that a contract can not be changed. I called Nissan finance and was told that dealers amend contracts all the time, back to the dealer and got the same response. I have gone all the way to Nissan corporate and it seems that the dealer can do/not do whatever they want. Be aware. Fortunately, I found a major lending institution that was more than happy to refinance my loan, not to 1.9% but almost half of what Nissan wanted.

Disappointed again with Maus Nissan! I was pushed into a set of 4 new tires that was probably the most expensive tire they had. Online there were 20+ tires to choose from for my car. From Mary, only 2. One had a 2 year road hazard package, I was told, the reason it cost more. Upon further inspection, they all had a road hazard package. I even went back to counter while I was waiting, to Mary, and told her I am not liking the price, $1167.76! She tells me that I will have to pay to get them taken off and others put back on. Mind you, this is their Buy 3, Get 4th for $1 price! They are a rip off! I’m regretting my decision to give them another try! Here we are in the aftermath of Milton, and they are pushing their high priced items on us with no thought of economic impact on us, just their wallet. Have a beer on me, Mary! They called me about my experience. She didn’t care. I asked if a manager would call me. She asked me if I wanted them to, I said “Yes!” So far no one has called. Just like I expected, no call. Crappy Place and Crappy Customer Satisfaction, they don’t care about you, they just want your money. Read the review below me!
