I purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot Touring. Extremely clean vehicle inside and out considering the year with traditional wear and tear. It has over spray paint job on the front driver side but still looks good. Tom worked with me on the down payment, differed the note so I could cover taxes over 3 payments. Day one after driving off I drove about 100 miles and the car performed well. I was extremely pleased. Day two I received a charging light indicator and soon after I was stranded on the side of the road. I called Tom and Tiny (finance Director) and they hesistated, but told me a wrecker would be out soon as he finished another job. I was stranded off I10 and Silber, so it took the driver an hour or so to arrive. As we thought, it was the alternator. They repaired it the next morning and called me to pick it up at my convenience. No questions asked, no tow charges, or balance due for maintenance. I took the vehicle the next day on the road trip to Alabama and back. Drives better every day. Im extremely please with the experience and ease of the transaction. I totally recommend Minter Auto Sales to any and everyone looking to reestablish themselves without the headache. This year was brutal and I lost a lot. I was exhausted with the huge down payments at dealers and car salesman antics considering my credit has gone to the dogs. If you’re in need of true in-house financing to rebuild or stay off the grid, Tom and Tiny are your guys. Genuine, honest guys just trying to help as many people that come their way. I was in and out in 30 min with the understanding that Im buying a “USED CAR”. The dealer only does so much to them and can’t know everything about the condition. Do your self a favor and buy a more reliable car versus trying to style. Toyota, Honda, etc….

I brought my dad here in hopes to find him a reliable vehicle. When we came Tom here was more than helpful he stayed after hours and put my dad in a 2000 down suv for 1500 down with 0 ballon payment and a very reasonable payment schedule. When you come ask for Tom he’s quick nice and super efficient

I recently purchased a Nissan Sentra 2017 from a man named Tom typical used car salesman. Gives you the good pitch about the car and then when you ask details about the car he doesn't know the weekend goes by and I've been having transmission problems all weekend and he is dodged my phone calls and they put me on the phone with tiny and he insulted my intelligence gave me this speech that it's a possible defect and it's a possible recall. These people are scam artists and they're freaking good at it they probably were decent 10 years ago but they're nothing but scum now and scam artists trying to get the lemon cars out of there as fast as they can. It's not family ran and they don't care about the customer anymore they are not what they used to be. All they care about is taking your money. Good luck to you guys if you do go here and buy a used car. I recommend going to Mario's or anywhere else besides this place

I tried to help these people out by erasingy review but my transmission went out on my car after 4 months of purchasing it and they tell me not their problem and leave me in the dark. They owe me five grand for paying for this transmission that I'm having to put in this car that they sold me. They told me there was nothing wrong with it that everything was good and I've had problems with it ever since and they keep denying everything and keep giving me the runaround telling me that they're going to talk to the owner and call me back and I ain't heard back from nobody and they're all scam artists including Tiny. Every person in that building is not a good person. They are there to take your money and tell you lies and make you feel like you're an idiot and you don't know better. Do not go here and buy vehicles from here. Go anywhere else besides mentor Auto sales

June 2024 I bought a 2011 Gmc Acadia. 30 days later the check engine light came on I took the car to autozone. Had them to check it and tell me what the problem was. I was told it was the timing belt. I gotta print out. Took it to the car lot. Mr Tiny tells me let my mechanic check and see what it really is because they don't know what they're talking about it Autozone.
The mechanic resets the check engine light. Told me to come back when and if the light comes back on. 2 days later, the light came back on. I took it back and was told the problem was fix when all the did was disconnected the indicator light. Light came back on went to Autozone was told a misfire was problem so i replaced the spark plugs only for my mechanic to find them cracked and a foreign part which would also cause a misfire!!
Changed the oil before road trip and breadkdown 150 miles down the highway.
