My experience was marred by several instances of mistreatment and misinformation that I feel compelled to address.
Firstly, during my interactions with Mobile Auto, I encountered instances of racism that were deeply troubling as an Indigenous woman. I believe that no customer should be subjected to discriminatory treatment of any kind. Such behaviour is not only unacceptable but also illegal.
Secondly, there were several instances of misinformation and deceitful practices that I experienced. Specifically, I was provided with reference names under false pre-tenses, only to later realize that these were contacts your sales people used for its own benefit rather than legitimate references. This deception has eroded my trust in your company and its practices.
Furthermore, the terms of the sale included car mats and seat covers which were promised to be included in the deal. However, upon taking possession of the vehicle, these items were missing. This discrepancy was disappointing as it was a part of our agreed-upon terms.
Additionally, I noticed upon taking possession of the vehicle that the car registration sticker indicated July 2, despite the fact that I did not take possession until July 5. The individual who delivered the vehicle to me advised that I should promptly register the car as the sticker would soon expire. This situation caused unnecessary confusion and concern, as I believe I should have been given at least 7 days from the date of possession before needing to register the vehicle.
Lastly, I didn’t even meet the person who signed all the financing documents, there were hidden costs added to the total which weren’t explained: I ended up paying an additional 6k on top of my borrowing cost which was added to the financing in the end! I did not sit with the financing manager to have them review the details, Mobile Auto sent their delivery guy to review these forms and I felt pressured to signing or no test drive!
I scheduled a test drive!!! I was clear about that!!
this was a nightmare experience!

I didn't receive a "great deal" from this dealership, the salesman I was talking to was very condescending when negotiating and rude when I back out from the bad offer. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I applied January 11th, sent paperwork on the 12th and got my vehicle on the 14th on a Saturday!!! I have bad credit and mobile auto was able to get me a 2021 Jeep Compass, I am so happy, they're able to work within your budget so I am so happy with that, I would highly recommend!!!

THE DELIVERY GUY WRECK THE FRONT END AND NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT!!!! THEY WANTED MY DAD TO REGISTER THE TRUCK , SO THAT HE WOULD BE FORCED TO PAY THE DEDUCTIBLE OF $700. CROOKED DEALERSHIP!!! CROOKED DEALERSHIP!! SHOULD REPORT TO BBB screwed up my dads vehicle.
