As a recent arrival to the island, my family and I were excited to visit Motorworld in Cole Bay, intent on purchasing an SUV in cash. Accompanied by my pregnant wife and son, we were eager to explore our options and anticipated a helpful and welcoming service. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.

Despite spending a considerable amount of time examining every car within the showroom, not once were we approached by any of the numerous sales agents present. This lack of basic customer interaction left us feeling completely overlooked and undervalued as potential buyers. It was disheartening to witness a total absence of customer service, especially considering our readiness to make a significant purchase.

The experience was so off-putting that, as I write this review from the dealership's parking lot, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. This level of service, or rather the lack thereof, is indicative of the probable after-sales support we might expect. In a business where customer interaction and satisfaction should be paramount, Motorworld's indifference to potential customers is both surprising and unacceptable.

It's with regret that we will not be purchasing our vehicle from Motorworld. This experience has been a stark reminder that good customer service is critical in any industry, especially when making such significant investments.
