These guys really helped me out-wheel bearing disintegrated on my truck & obviously I had no appt. No one in gander cared except this shop who squeezed me in to make their Friday afternoon super busy-just when i was i thought i had to abandon my truck in this town.
The kind of accommodating service i thought ya could only find in the bay. Much appreciated.

Saved my bacon not once but twice two days in a row with a broken rear differential and an "obliterated" tire while passing through town. Both times without an appointment, fitting me in. So appreciated! Thank you Brad!

Also please give the lovely lady on the front desk internet in the front and a nice vacation, she's busier than a bayman with two woodstoves.

I don’t recommend this place at all. Not honest people and they just want money with zero customer service. I had my van inspection and they asked couple of things to be repaired which I did somewhere else and called the lady to book me for reinspection, the lady was lost don’t know when to book me as they are fully booked, went on the last day of the 30 days so you won’t recharge again for inspection as I’ve already paid at the first time I visited, while they are doing the reinspection they broke my oil pan and never asked them to pay for it, repaired it in other Garaj and this is what got them mad why did not I repair it at their Garaj, when I went back they asked for another $100 inspection and clearly Brad said I’m charging you again coz you did not fix the oil pan at our place. Rude guys and very unprofessional, thinking to go to court

I've been told by a good buddy of mine to stay away from this place.

He had his tires changed over there this past winter, and BEFORE the 100km re-torque two of his wheels were EXTREMELY loose.
If he hadn't of pulled over and checked immediately, there could have been a massive accident he said.

When he took his car back to let management know about it, apparently the contact person abruptly asked him for a copy of his receipt (almost like they didn't believe him) before they'd even look at it. Keep in mind my buddy had the work done the day before.

Not worth the trouble.

Good, fast service and fantastic advice from the mechanic. I went for an alignment and tire change. Price was fairly competitive as well, although not likely the best pricing.
