Nena was so responsive! She did a great job on my wedding dress and offered help if needed the week of. We even had a miss communication about a date and she still showed up to help! She also did a great job on my wedding dress and steamed it! I will gladly recommend her to people. Photo below is my before, she has my after!

Nena is AMAZING. Love her shop and the energy she has. I have brought a lot of things to be Altered and she does an amazing job every time. If you need anything done… altering clothes, getting something made, etc she is the person I would suggest 100%

Nena has been doing my dresses/clothing for a long time and I am ALWAYS so happy with her work. She is so detailed and makes sure everything is absolutely perfect every time. She recently hemmed a bridesmaid dress for me last minute (I’m on the far right end in the photo) and she was able to finish my dress in just few days. She was a lifesaver in my poor planning! I recommend Nena 110%! She will put all her effort into making every piece flawless.

I had a great experience here! I had a bridesmaid dress that was ordered too large and did not fit me anywhere, and Nena was able to make it fit perfectly! She also let me come in for an additional session, free of charge, so that it would be the perfect length with the shoes I am wearing to the wedding. The total price of the alterations and hemming felt very fair as well. Overall, a very good experience and I would use her again!

My 10 year old has been taking classes with Miss Nena for around a year and half now and the confidence and skill she’s gained in a relatively short time is shocking! It’s like a little creative artist community being carefully cultivated there - and the coolest part is that my child is coming home with all kinds of creative projects like handsewn backpacks and purses and even formal dresses and full outfits! She loves going and loves being able to design her own projects and see them come to life patternless (and therefore limitless). Highly, highly recommend this place!

EDIT:NOT ONLY did nena ruin my dress she then sued me when i asked her to fix it or negotiate a different payment. STAY AWAY. look at yelp. Nena absolutely ruined my wedding dress. I totally trusted her when i dropped it off back in February only to pick it up with the hem completely chopped.She denied doing it and refused to agree on a way to fix it. She was extremely aggressive towards me. I ended up having to pay someone else to quickly fix the damage she did and now am in a legal battle with Nena. I would never trust her to work and can not continue to let her ruin brides dresses. Just look at the yelp reviews. Im not the first
