The company sells everything as “final sale” which I would understand except ALL the sizing particularly for shoes and boots is way off. And I mean way off! A side “7” feels like a size 8 or 9 so BE AWARE!!! Better yet, avoid all the grievance and don’t purchase anything online from this company

Great selection of womens clothes for office attire. Employees are also friendly and willing to help right away. The only bad thing is "New York & Company" jewelry will become bad after wearing it once. Earrings will leave your ear green.... not worth spending $15-30 on jewelry, but clothes does last with its color, etc.

Im not one to rant and rave but my experience with the new york n company the last 3 times has left such a bad taste in my mouth. The lack of customer service is startling, I walk in and go to the front with a return, I stand there for 5 mins a associate in walks right by me into the back of store doesnt give me any acknowledgment or assurance that she or someone would be with me to help, Just so rude. When i finally have to track someone down i ask for help this associate at the front of the store who mind you was chit chatting with the other associates..just couldnt beleive it..I let her know I had a return and ive been standing up here, the first thing she could say is "do you have a bag" With a snappy & ruse demeanor, Why do I need a bag to return a item!? I said no but I have a reciept and she just gave me a snotty look and stormed to the back of the store to the register and was just rude during the entire transaction, several occurrences of the same ordeal with this store and the employees within it , you'll find yourself just standing upfront looking for assistance, Ive been coming here for over 6 years and will discontinue business with you until you hire employees that actually care.

Excellent clothes! That said, the discount policies are more confusing than most stores, and the lines for checkout can be very slow, possibly due to the previous point.
