Vehicle is great. I called to see if the dealership could deliver the vehicle to Norfolk, VA and the salesperson said they could so I began the process of looking at the vehicle in more detail. The salesperson called me by a different name when texting me a super grainy and fuzzy video of the vehicle and were rude and inattentive after I mentioned I was planning to pay in full with a cashier's check form my bank. The dealership kept changing the day and time of delivery because they didn't realize until they googled it how far away I was from them - despite telling me they could deliver to Norfolk, VA SEVERAL times during the process up to this point. Eventually, the dealership sent drivers who didn't know how to facilitate the paperwork process (though they were polite) and instructed them to bring ALL of them back without leaving me copies of anything - again purchased in full with a cahier's check. I didn't receive any calls to confirm I was happy with the purchase or to inform me of when I might receive my bill of sale and title. I reached out multiple times via email and phone for the next 2.5 weeks with my last call speaking with a very rude manager who insisted that I just needed to wait despite it being illegal for them to not have provided me the documents I had asked for within 15 days per Maryland State Code. At that point, I contacted my lawyer and stopped all communication except through my lawyer. My lawyer sent a letter stating the dealership was in violation and needed to send me my title and bill of sale. Neither my lawyers or I heard form the dealership after this letter was sent. I purchased on 7/6/22, technically on 7/7/22 when I signed and received the vehicle and the temporary Maryland registration provided by the dealership was valid until 8/5/22. I finally received the bill of sale, a Virginia title for the vehicle, and new plates with 2 years registration on them (did not want or need new plates, I have plates to transfer over with 3 yrs registration on them) on 7/29/2022, well past the 15 days mandated by Maryland State Code. This entire process has been incredibly and entirely unnecessarily stressful and I do NOT recommend using them at all. I've filed a dealership complaint with the Maryland DMV as well, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

They gave me great deal on the truck. So I bought it. But only 3 stars because they gave me hard sell tactics on financing and I got 100% better rate through my credit union.

Lacking enthusiasm for this place, liked it until my car was in for 2 months getting repaired, with messages pretty much every day it will be ready tomorrow or end of week. Also, they don't provide rentals if it is over 2 days of service, which seems sort of odd.

5 star service as car mechanic service would go. Otherwise,their emails, promotions, scheduling, appointment setup is a 1 star. Need to just hire a new company to service the website/marketing/scheduling. Current system is a disaster. Setup online, then called, they didn't find the initial appointment, fine, setups other one for the sa.e time date and service. Come in, and what do you know? No trace of appointment... Has email confirmation from the original online one. So they honored price and rebate and etc, no issue. But man... Horrible marketing/scheduling/customer awareness. I feel like I need to drive up and come in person to make an appointment for 1 to 2 weeks out.
I even followed up and called after setting up online, to add recall service and make sure they get the part... Apparently it had to engage a third time to get their business to serve my needs.

I had to bring down the rating because their customer service over the phone has been a nightmare. People talking over you before you can even explain the issue. I couldn’t even get a word in without getting cut off every 10 seconds. While I don’t want to mention names, beware of their phone customer service. Absolute trash and rude not to mention. Also they’ve been haggling us about a title they didn’t receive for the trade in we did. We’ve gone out of our way to figure out with the bank what is happening. But these people refuse to understand the process it takes for the bank to send them the title of the car.

Such an amazing experience buying my brand new 2022 Taos. The service was exceptional and efficient. Made the deal over the phone. Got a guaranteed price before coming to the dealership, price was set and didn’t change when we got there (which was absolutely amazing considering the market right now and how people are trying to make you pay $5000 over MSRP). Geoff was such a great salesman and was extremely helpful. The general manager John was so great as well! If you’re looking to buy a new car without getting haggled by dealership people, COME HERE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Our visit was pretty nice. The place was clean inside and out, the people were nice and polite. Our salesman, Greg, was really nice. He had a great attitude and tried to help us. The selection of used cars was not that great. We stayed 6 hours trying to make a deal. The bank approved our loan for more than double what we planned to pay monthly. We finally left without a car.

Went in looking to trade my car in for a used car. My salesman, Reggie was a pleasure to work with, but for reasons I'm not sure of, Reggie only showed me one car. It was a good car and the price seemed reasonable, but it wasn't what I was looking for. Went back a few days later and was shown a different car, but again only one.
