We recently bought a RAV4 plug-in hybrid from Ourisman Toyota Fairfax dealership. Albert Kazakho was our salesperson. Albert is fantastic – we’ve bought our fair share of cars over the years and never had such a great car-buying experience. We worked with him virtually to order the vehicle and he was a real breath of fresh air: courteous, responsive, competent, no-pressure whatsoever. It was such an easy, pain-free process to get the order in. Then when it arrived at the dealership we went down, met Albert, and he showed us the car. To our surprise, it was not the car we wanted, due to model confusion on our end, not Albert’s. Rather than try to convince us to buy that vehicle, Albert said, “OK, then let’s sit down and see if we can find exactly what you want.” That was not easy because these vehicles are in such high demand that they are basically purchased as soon as they arrive in the US. But somehow Albert found one that wasn’t in the standard Toyota allocation process, retrieved it himself, and got it to us just a few days later than the original planned pick-up day. Amazing customer service from Albert to get us the car of our dreams, and it did not stop there. When we went to get it he had all the time in the world for us and gave us an incredible tutorial on how everything worked, how to get the Toyota App on our phones, how to do Remote Connect, etc. We’ve had occasions to follow-up and he is always the same responsive go-to kind of person. In addition to his competence and professional courtesy, he has something even better going for him. He is just a very good person – likeable, interesting, honest, high integrity. Thank you Albert! And thank you Ourisman, by extension.

The service of Antonio and Ourisman Toyota was awesome! We reached out through their chat, and Antonio contact us in matter of minutes. He heard our request and send some amazing videos of two vehicles they had that met our requirements. He didn't push us to put a deposit and schedule an appointment considering our availability. We arrived on the day, and after couple of hours went out driving our new car! We felt this was a customer centric dealer, focusing on our needs rather than just wanting to push for a sale.
