Walked in just to test drive a car. I spoke to Kyle and was under no pressure to buy. He answered all my questions about the car and financing and I immediately felt comfortable. When i decided to buy we agreed on a final price and proper financing for my situation. I even had a small issue with the vehicle that wasn't a deal breaker for me but Kyle treated it as a priority and had them fix it. I was in and out in a little over an hour. He even took my trade in even though it was not in the best condition.

I would rate my experience a zero if I could. Found a car on the lot and wanted to test drive. Was told by Kyle that I couldn’t test drive unless I got pre-approved for financing, or had proof of funds. I reluctantly showed proof of funds. No dealer tag available for test drive. Car was nice, but kept pulling right and had a headlight bulb warning. Asked Kyle if their mechanics could take a look. He said he couldn’t get to it until Monday as their mechanics shop was closed. He asked me to call back part way through Monday and he should have some answers. Called on Monday and Kyle said his mechanics were very busy and couldn’t get to it. He went on to say he would discuss with his boss and get back to me. No phone call, so I called back late Tuesday. He said they still hadn’t gotten to it. Called Wednesday and a female answered. She said she had no idea what was going on and would research them call me back. No return call. Went back to the dealership on Thursday, and spoke with Kyle. They sold the car. After some research I found out that the car had a salvaged title and that was NEVER disclosed. I don’t care about the car, we’ll find a different one, but don’t lie to me. Don’t tell me you’d have someone look at it then never do so. Don’t tell me you’d talk to your boss then never do so. Don’t tell me you’d call me back and never do so. Most of all, don’t try to sell me a car with a salvage title and never tell me. Dishonest dealership at best. Snakes at worst. STAY CLEAR!

Top Notch customer service! Truly impressed me with their exceptional service and professionalism. Came in for a truck and while I didn't get the exact vehicle I came to look at, I still left with a vehicle fit for the job and well within my budget. They were very transparent about the condition of the vehicles even hooking up a scanner to look at trouble codes. Had some technical difficulties at the dealership but all issues were resolved as quickly as possible. While I have noticed a few very minor things about the vehicle that weren't to my liking, the price very much reflected that. Still I don't think you'd find a better deal anywhere else (trust me I've looked). All in all If you're looking for an affordable ride, this is THE place. Oh and big shoutout to Kyle my salesman for being having the patience and willingness to help me.

We bought our daughter's first car from Kyle and could not have had a better experience. The Carfax to every car on the lot is attached to the online descriptions, but Kyle still offered to print them out without even being asked. He was transparent about all the cars we looked at, no pressure at all. He was patient, courteous and responded immediately to texts and phone calls. I would highly recommend this dealership for a used car.

I have never met a more honest, straightforward, willing to work with you type of car sales man. Kyle and the owner really made a “stuck between a rock and a hard place” situation so much better. They helped me get back on my feet by getting me into a car so that I could at least get to work.
