The rudest, most patronising unprofessional establishment I have ever had the misfortune to visit. We didn’t even get the car in the garage as their approach was appalling. Obviously a very confused receptionist, doesn’t even remember what we were doing there, as she had had in her own words a ‘a very busy morning’. I pulled up in the car park, and there was a blue BMW pulling out beside me. It then parked as I was getting out, and the driver said abruptly ‘can I help you?’ I thought who is this, as I hadn’t a clue who it was, a professional approach would of been a more in line of a hello or a good afternoon, I am off out but go through to the reception area and they will help you. Confused, I told her that I was getting my car looked at quickly, as recommended by the woman I spoke to the day before. ‘What’s the problem?’ she snapped, I then looked at her and said that there was a knocking hence why I was there. She then walked off to the garage to find the relevant person who was going to look at the car. I then said’This is going well as she was just so rude, no customer etiquette at all. She then spoke to a man in the garage, who didn’t seem to know either, so I said’ This going well’ The man then said ‘What?’ and I replied about how rude the woman was, he then said ‘that’s my mum!’ What ensued after was an argument and to be addressed to as ‘Darling’ by the the rude receptionist, as she said that she wasn’t rude. Obviously we left with a few choice words of our own, as there was no way that this ridiculous business was getting our custom. You honestly could not make this up! The woman also contradicted herself as I had told her that we spoke to a woman the day before, and she had said to bring the car down and that it wasn’t her that we spoke to, then admitted later in that she was the only female that worked there! Well, just have a look at the last 2 reviews from other customers, you will see that we are not the only ones. Avoid at all costs, extremely unprofessional.

Would not use this company again, reason being I booked the van in for a MOT and advised the worker that I had a brake light out, he advised that he replaced three head lamp bulbs and completed the MOT, which passed along with brake a pipe which cost me £250, shocking price. As I paid and got around 1/4 of a mile down the road, my lights had gone out. I phoned the garage and their attitude and response was very unprofessional - I was told they had no spaces until a couple of weeks time to fit me and was generally very unhelpful. I mentioned on the phone that I wasn’t impressed and they advised me to go to another garage.

Would avoid at all costs, once they’ve received payment they are no longer interested or kind.

I took my van here for a routine MOT. I was not aware of any problems with the van and there were no warning lights on. It passed the MOT but on collection a warning light came on when I turned the ignition key. I left the van for the garage to investigate; they charged me quite steeply for this but could not find a fault. I was therefore left with a vehicle with a brand new MOT certificate which would have failed if retested before leaving the forecourt.
Very disappointing and I have since heard that others have had similar experiences with this garage.

We needed an urgent repair to our camper van, Richard was a star, repaired even went into after hours. Offered to let us stay on forecourt if he couldn't fix it.
