Apparently there is a new processing fee coming November 1st that is listed in writing that they are starting to roll out today with ZERO heads up that charges an extra 2.4% on all credit card payments for service being done to your car on top of the interest rates on your actual credit card. BE PREPARED to have no chance in being able to afford having a car anymore. If this is just a fee that rafih auto group is adding then this is disgusting.

Amazing customer service from David. He was knowledgable, gave us time and space to look at different models, asked questions and spoke with his manager to give us the best deal possible. Surinder was also very helpful and great to deal with. Bill the finance manager was thorough as well. They have a great team that is dedicated to customer service. We would recommend purchasing your next vehicle at the Mazda location! Loving our new CX 70.

This is complaint against Mr. Sam Assi & Kevin Yoo
Used Car Sales Manager at Midtown Honda, regarding the delivery of a problematic vehicle. My recent experience with this dealership has been deeply unsatisfactory and has caused significant inconvenience.

I took delivery of a from Midtown Honda. Unfortunately, from the moment I received the vehicle, I encountered several issues that were not disclosed to me prior to the sale. Despite my expectation of receiving a reliable vehicle, I have experienced the following problems:

The vehicle has exhibited specific mechanical issues, such as engine problems, transmission issues, and air condition system failures since the day of delivery. These issues pose a safety risk and render the vehicle unreliable.

When I brought these issues to Mr. Assi's attention, his response was unprofessional and dismissive. He failed to provide satisfactory solutions or assistance, leaving me to deal with these problems on my own.

As a result of these unresolved issues, I am experiencing significant distress and inconvenience. I trusted Midtown Honda to deliver a quality vehicle, and this trust has been severely undermined by the current situation.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Midtown Honda. Despite following all instructions, I received negative feedback from the General Manager, Daniel Da Silva. He insisted that I upgrade to a new or pre-owned vehicle, yet he failed to address my original issue properly. I would advise others to stay away from these people and from Midtown Honda. In my opinion, their practices are misleading and untrustworthy.

Upon arrival I was quickly seated by a friendly BMW Sales Consultant whose name is Bozena Zag located at Overseas Motors BMW, 9425 Tecumseh Road East. Rafih Auto Group of Windsor, Ontario made me feel welcomed! The information about a range of different aspects of the business' was great! I believe that Rafih Auto Group are amazing towards their customer's happiness the most. All the staff are as transparent and honest as possible. Come in today to buy your next new or used vehicle!

I lease a Lexus, it's time to buy it out, I've decided to buy it instead of getting a new car, it's a nice car. My sales person has called myself and my husband many times asking what we are doing about our car. We keep telling him we are buying it out. Total harassment. Finally I had to block his number. We purchased a very expensive maintenance agreement, it is leased so wanted to cover ourselves for minor scratches, parking lots are bad. During a oil change I asked if the small scratches could be buffed out with this agreement. They said no it's not covered. Now that it expired I see it was. Total scam

I write this review in disappointment about the poor customer service, lack of care, and poor quality that Land Rover London, owned by the Rafih Auto Group, has provided to our family over the past five years. We purchased the first edition of the Range Rover Velar in 2018, only to have ongoing technical issues with the vehicle since day one. The electronics kill the battery and after several batteries and parts replacements, the dealership and Range Rover International has been unable to rectify the issue. Simply stated, the Velar is a 'lemon'. We did our best to work with them to find a solution, including replacing the vehicle, understanding that the vehicle will always have issues. Ethically, we cannot sell the vehicle, as it would be unfair for a future owner to endure what we have experienced. Land Rover London (and the Rafih Auto Group) needs to replace the vehicle. There is no other solution. Instead, they have abandoned us. This is an expensive vehicle and we expected more from the Rafih family and Land Rover London. Sadly, we will never purchase another vehicle from the Rafih Auto Group. If you are thinking of buying a Jaguar Land Rover, do your research. The vehicles are beautiful, but just don't work.
