I recently visited this theater to watch "Venom" in the IMAX 3D hall with my wife, and it was a terrible experience. After just 10 minutes of the movie, my eyes started to hurt because the picture quality was so poor. For a ticket that cost $53.98, I expected much better.

When I paid with a $54 bill, the cashier asked if I wanted two cents in change, and I said no. However, when it came time to get my money back, they returned $53 and an overwhelming amount of coins—literally a million coins. I asked the manager to return the exact amount I paid, but she insisted she could only give me what was on the receipt. I asked the cashier to confirm that I had given him $54, but he claimed it wasn’t him who handled my payment, even though I knew it was.

The service was absolutely atrocious, and the movie quality was just as bad. I would never recommend this theater to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Staff are friendly and the theaters are clean. My only complaint are the seats themselves, they don't recline far back enough and even the ones that recline further in the VIP section don't open fully. A bunch of other theaters have better seats and spacing between rows to recline fully and those are in their standard showings. It would be nice to recline and not be in a constant state of limbo with the seat wanting to spring back to its original position.

Coolest Regal I have been to! I’m from Oregon and I’m familiar with the Regal theaters, but we don’t have any like this. Purchased slightly more expensive tickets, but it came with our own lounge area to hang out in and included drinks, popcorn and ice cream free?! Theater overall was really nice too. Well done Regal, we enjoyed our visit immensely!

Best IMAX experience ever! We had VIP tickets and it included FREE (yes FREE) popcorn, ice cream, slushies, and drinks (they also have a bar)....talk about bang for your buck! The seating is super comfortable and the theater was emmaculent!

Regal Fresno Riverpark, 06/09/23 We came here for my ? 66th birthday me & my daughter & my granddaughter & her boyfriend & her papa & we saw Transformers (Rise Of The Beasts) in 4DX & ? OMG! What a thrilling ride it was (the chair) WOW!!! It was so freaking awesome & with all of the special effects & the sound ? & the big screen it was like being in the movie! & this ? Regal Movie Cinema Theater it's so unbelievable with so much to see ? & to hear ? & just walking through those doors it's like being in another world it is "Mind Blowing" ? but in a very good way. L?L! So THANK YOU Regal for making my birthday a very special one & I will never forget my very first time watching a movie in 4DX. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s & ?%+ & A Great Job!!! ?

We pay so much money for the VIP experience only for it to feel as if we didnt. VIP is suppose serve as a quiet relaxing experience. It's turned so ghetto that now there's no point paying the extra cost. Kids/ teens should only be allowed in that area if they are accompanied by an adult. They need more security in this area if they don't change their policy. Having those who paid for standard showing coming in and making a mess, and being loud isn't what we want to experience. It's not fair!

We accidentally planned to take my mom to a showing and didn’t realize it was a VIP showing. It cost a little over a 100$ for 2 seniors and 2 adults. BUT geez is it nice and quiet!! Seats are comfy and recline with the feet up. 2 drink holders per chair. My did is an amputee and he can’t walk long distances or stairs. He normally does the first row above the floor. He had to do the second row this time because of seats were sold out which was a about 11 stairs. Just fyi for those partial wheelchair bound. 10 was a small theater seating wise so be sure to book ahead of time. The VIP notes that popcorn, drinks, icees and ice cream are included. Everything is self serve. The popcorn and drinks come in the small individual sizes though. There is private bar where you can order from the concession stand or alcohol. We ordered 2 nachos and they said it would be a min so we went to get our drinks/popcorn as we were walking back the attendant was dropping the nachos off for us at the bar!! It was super fast. IF you can afford it than it is worth it. Hope this helps

The ambience as you enter this theater is amazing. We have been here several times even sometimes they've had cosplay Superheroes for pictures on opening weekend. Definitely nothing like going to the movies on the weekend that opens. Not only is the theater awesome but it's location amongst the other restaurants is perfect. It is busy but there is also plenty of parking in every direction. Oh and I didn't mention that there's actually a mini children's playground a minutes walk from the theater. Make sure to use the Regal app get the points and use them to get great deals on the food. Also when you purchase your tickets this way you don't have to wait online. Oh and I forgot the people that were there this last time were amazingly friendly.
