It is a clean, state-of-the-art movie theater in Irvine.CA. It is a perfect place for families to watch movies. It is comfortable to sell various foods. On the second floor, there is an arcade where children can enjoy themselves. And one of the reasons why this theater is nice is that the restroom is clean. My sweetie and I sometimes show our children movies and spend precious time at the Starbucks right next door. It is a nice place. Recommendation. Parking is good because there is a parking tower nearby.

This Regal location is positioned in at the anchoring end of the Irvine Spectrum mall. The theater is clean, well except for the overflowing urinal flooding the mens bathroom floor. The individual employee who felt it was smart to apply an absorbent material to the flooded disgusting and biological mess, only made it worse and now slippery. Trampling through human waste with flip flops on, is a literal nightmare for most people. It was a nasty mess!
The rest of the facility seemed to be clean and urine free. The seating is recliner stadium seating and has pretty comfy seats. The picture is clear and the sound was plenty loud. Like most theaters, they stick it to you pretty damn hard in the concession stand. I mean really…. Come on…. $10 for $.60 worth of popcorn and $8 for, again, $.60 worth of soda… Don’t get me started on the dollar store candy for $6… Crazy… But we all know the love to rip it to you there! They have a coffee shop area as well as a few more eats and game areas for good measure. Overall, not a bad theater… Besides the yellow river of disgust I had to step through to use the restroom…..

Lovely theatre, they allow alcohol inside the movie theatre which was lovely. However I do not recommend the 4DX experience, it throws you around and spits air in your face, making it difficult to eat or do anything. But that’s not really a theatre negative, just a type of movie experience. Maybe the young kids are into that.

Dune 2 was an amazing experience in IMAX. Employees are courteous and kind. They also have beer and alcohol which is pretty tight! Popcorn was superior to other theaters I've been to and I watch a lot of movies at theaters.

Bruh! You have to watch a movie in 4DX! Next level for watching a movie. Try and you'll thank me later! It's pretty intense so FYI don't put your beer in the cupholder. Put on the ground and just pick it up to sip and save $10! Don't say I didn't warn you.

I really liked the large size and clean facilities, and the screening facility also had comfortable chairs and maintained a low temperature, so the viewing time of over 2 hours was comfortable.
