We just entered this regal, but really didn’t like the movies offered. We started shopping around little cool stuff. Then went up not knowing that it was just the theater, so there is a lady harassing people about no tickets no bathroom and actually telling people as long as you don’t use the bathrooms is ok to be here. Like we really want to be in a consession booth doing nothing. Put a person downstairs instead playing the same song on a loop, so we all know. It’s a pretty nice little mall, but it is def on life support.

Today we decided to watch our Sunday movie at Reagal Mall Oviedo, and I think we should support our local gems more like this grand mall that was once one of the best in the area and today is a little lonely, let's support it more as a family watching a movie and eating some delicious popcorn ?

I'll start with the only pro which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. The staff there are amazing. Very friendly and attentive which is hard to come by now a days unfortunately.

But the theater is just a big NO. We haven't been here in about a year or so because it's not the closest thankfully but my god, they need an update.

My family spent about $100 and it was miserably hot in the theater! Had to grab a couple of waters for my kids and mom who were fanning themselves the ENTIRE movie. Manager stated he believes the AC went down again but this is unsafe. I am one that hates being cold and am heat tolerant and was still uncomfortable the entire movie.

They also have still have not upgraded to recliners and the ticketing is self service at the kiosks downstairs.

For the price of drinks, popcorn and tickets, my closer theater is 100 times better and cheaper drinks ?

Unfortunately, won't be returning here if I can help it.

The theater was filthy. Seems like they don’t bother with cleaning out the theater between films and it smelled highly of urine and mildew. They have buckets in the hallways to collect rain. It seems like they do not upkeep anything at all. For the price of the tickets and concessions you would hope for a better experience. I will not be returning to this theater again.

This place smells like a mix between urine and mold. Also, the general manager needs an attitude adjustment. All the movies shut off tonight because a storm and her attitude was absolutely terrible about it. I saw her be rude to multiple parties of people, saying she can’t control how things happen and never offering an apology. Hopefully she can learn how to offer better customer service

It was OK, but this location had no attached tables. We had to hold our food in our hands in the movie theatre. The Winter Park Villages location is much better. However, we enjoyed the ability to walk into a food court and into a mall to shop and eat afterwards. We will probably go there again just to be able to shop at the mall.

When I was in my teens living in Oviedo and I found out about Oviedo Mall being built, I was ecstatic. Regardless of the countless streaming sites going around these days, I still enjoy a movie and popcorn at the Theater at the Oviedo Mall. It brings me back to a simpler time with less chaos or rivalries. Even though the mall changes often, I like that. If we don't change, how can we get better? My kids enjoy going to the book store while I grab a Starbucks. The video game stores and novelty stores are a must. District Eat and Play is always a fave of ours for some family fun. The pinball room keeps my husband and I entertained for a while. ? My kids also enjoy the Movie Theater experience and that makes this momma happy. ? Enjoy your visit!

This movie theater needs to have an option for negative star reviews. Went to this location with my daughter as this was the only place showing the movie we wanted to watch and I see why. To start off paying $27 for a small popcorn and 2 small drinks was ridiculous. Walking to theater 18, it just has a bad odor just walking through the halls. Immediately walking in the door, you can feel there was no ac, it smelled like straight sweat and piss. The seats are toddler chairs that sink in and I was completely irritated. The volume was super low, I could hear the movie from the theater next to us. The absolute worst part as we are leaving and going downstairs, it was literally a roach farm in the food court area! I ran out of there as I’m watching one follow me. They were all over the floor, the walls and the whole mall just smelled, there was buckets all around from the ceiling leaking. The audacity to charge high prices or even be opened in these conditions is unsanitary. I am convinced there are roaches in the theaters. I will never be coming back, went home to immediately shower from the filth that I just sat in for 2 hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Spend the same amount of money and go to the winter park theater!
