?Variety of Shows - Comfortable Seats?

I've been going to this theater for years. There's a nostalgic quality to it. I like their cloth seats (not a big fan of the leather, reclining chairs in some theaters), and also the fact that this theater shows many foreign films like anime movies. I can catch releases like Spy x Family: Code White here, and I love that! Plus, the theater is conveniently located within the Waterford Lakes shopping center, so you can easily spend an entire day here shopping, eating lunch/dinner, and then catching a movie to top off a great day!

My seat was in the back row corner and it was impossible for me to see the movie. There wasn’t anywhere else for me to sit. I tried calling Fandango customer support (where I purchased my ticket) for a refund, but they refused because the show time had already passed. How was I supposed to know that this spot is blocked and why do they have a seat here? I then tried calling the theater many times, but they wouldn’t pick up.

Great location with lots of seating. I wish they just had more staff. The sessions was really busy. There was also nobody to help us when we had problems with purchasing our tickets at the kiosk. We were having problems scanning membership for our friend

Worst movie theater in Orlando. Old, crowded, slow, hot, desperate need of renovation, missed half of the movie with my family because of the terribly slow snack bar and my kid wanted popcorn. Seriously, don’t come here unless you want to sit in a dirty, hot theater. Terrible. Zero stars

Awful experience. We came early to our 4d experience to find the theater filthy. When we left out to go to the bar we passed an employee and asked to make sure that that theater was ours. She confirmed and I commented that the theater was filthy to which she ignored.
We came back 15 minutes later and found the theater in the same state. Guests around us were showing their dissatisfaction with the theater condition. When the movie started there were fruit flies flying around constantly. Those don’t come over night. The movie was overshadowed by dozens of used napkins, left cups, and popcorn scattered all on the floor. Worth $50 I think not.

I haven't been to the movies in a long time. I went yesterday and was bummed out on how dirty it was! In the theater I thought something fell out of my purse so I turned phone light on and looked. There was food all under the seats and I could tell the bottom of my shoes were sticky. What really got me was the bathroom! Absolutely gross! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Are we really this dirty?! And when I went to wash my hands the one sink barely worked and had pressure, and the other I had to keep moving my hand for the water to stay on. I'll deal with crappy seats and some spilled popcorn...but dirty bathrooms ?

My only complaint is that the seats don’t recline and are very upright. Got very uncomfortable about 20 minutes in. All the employees were nice and the theater was clean.
