I was pleased with Richard Lawson Autoecosse Ltd Dundee and would recommend them because their customer service and presentation of vehicles is 10/10. Extremely accommodating to our needs and honest about the condition of the vehicle. Communication between the salesmen and myself was top notch with all questions and queries answered in a timely manner. I travelled all the way from Essex to Perth with confidence that the car I was buying was exactly as described. They went even further by picking me up from Perth bus station and taking me directly to the dealership. The real cherry on top was when I arrived the vehicle had a fresh service and MOT and had even been fitted with 4 brand new tires. It was also freshly cleaned and polished and looked brand new! I cannot recommend them enough and would most definitely make the long journey back up to buy another car from them. Brilliant service and relaxed buying experience. I cannot express enough how relaxed and stress free my experience was, they will move heaven and earth to ensure you get exactly what you want with no hidden fees or extra costs. Adrian who dealt with me personally is a true testament to this dealership, I can’t praise him enough for the work he put in to ensure everything went smoothly. Overall 10/10 buying experience.

Bought a car from here in December. Adrian in Scone was fantastic, very friendly and made the process really easy. The car had a couple of very small issues, I gave Adrian a call and he organised for it to be looked at. It was fixed within a day of dropping it off. Genuinely pleased with the whole interaction from start to finish.

The best experience I have ever had buying from a dealership. The communication and salesmanship was great from start to finish. Helpful team who made, what is usually a stressful experience for me, the most stress-free interaction ever. Special mention to Graeme, who kept in communication regarding the car, and was one of the nicest guys I’ve come across in the car-buying industry. Totally in love with my new car.

Traded in my corsa for a newer model and overall very happy with service received. Very friendly and accommodating, made the car look like brand new before pick up. So much easier and pleasant than some of the bigger garage sales people. Never felt talked down to. Thanks Richard and Adrian!

I purchased a car here in July, not had the car 3 months and the clutch has completely gone, been told this was down to wear and tear which would not have been anything to do with me. Warranty I was given won’t cover it won’t even give me a hire car so after buying a 12000 car I now have to find a further 2000 for a new clutch. called to see if they could help me in anyway and was told no. I’m currently now on week 3 of no car absolutely heartbroken as the gentleman was amazing in helping me in every way when purchasing the car, got it fast tracked for me, arranged delivery for free, gave me extra warranty and even helped me tax it. Very upset.

Absolute con men! car was off the road for two months in the first 5 of ownership and the warranty it's basically breakdown cover (google RAC platinum). Please read the after care reviews, all of the positive reviews are people collecting thier new cars. The after care is awful and I am now left thousands of pounds out of pocket because they messed the garage around who were repairing my car authoring one repair a a time. Also check your paperwork, was told the car had 2 keys and give contract stating this. Then told sorry its just a mistake. Picked the car up and with in days it was off the road for weeks with no courtesy car! Also missed MOT fails ! BUYER AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
