Frank in the parts department is great! I recently bought a used F650 work truck and I have been overwhelmed and confused when it came to finding parts. Some parts are Ford, some are International, and some are Cummins. Frank was able to meet all my needs at fair prices and get them quickly. He clearly explained everything to me and triple checked that I was getting the correct parts. Today has been stressfull and working with Frank helped make it better.

Trying not to be "That Guy" but I am going to have to, I really hate writing a bad review, we had bought a F53 based V8 motorhome last year and wanted to get some warranty work done plus an oil change and chassis lube/ Inspection done, the Vehicle was there for over 2 months and nothing had really been done, I took it there because it was a Ford dealership, drove over 70 miles! I needed them to look at the Windshield intermittent was/ wipe which they said was the coach which I could accept, I also mentioned that the brakes seemed inefficient, they said it was normal, I am still fighting this battle with Ford and an independent shop.
When I picked up the coach I found that the rear ladder had been damaged (Reversed into something), they said they would put this right (5 Months ago) I sent an email about it and the response was "Waiting on parts" and nothing from them, I would assume they have no intention of fixing the damage they caused.

We brought this to Rush because we figured they'd be the experts, all very sad really.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a Freightliner Sprinter van from Tim Chetwood at Rush’s medium duty truck center in Denver, Colorado. During the time of purchase, we were assured that the van had undergone a thorough inspection, was in good condition, and ready to be driven off the lot. The inspection notes mentioned that the van’s fuel system had been problematic, and that it had failed to start several times. The notes explained that the issue had been resolved a few days later and that the van was running perfectly. We purchased the vehicle that same day and attempted to drive it home to Bozeman, MT. Three hours later the van didn’t start when we stopped for gas in Casper, WY. My girlfriend and I were stranded for four days in Casper until the problem was determined to be the same issue Rush had allegedly already fixed in the fuel lines. Throughout the majority of this time our contacts at Rush were not available to take our calls.

When we finally arrived home, we noticed rust under the subfloor of the van. This led us to discover several large rust holes completely through the body of the van. These holes range from six inches to two feet long and the rust has infected most of the passenger side of the floor. A mechanic we asked to examine the van said there was evidence spray paint was used for concealment purposes. It is still to be determine whether the vehicle is structurally sound and safe to drive as several support beams are badly affected. When I spoke to Brent Thompson, the used truck sales manager, he informed me that any inspection performed on the van would have been strictly mechanical and the large rust holes were not their responsibility to report to a potential buyer. They have offered no further help in resolving this situation.

Overall this van has cost almost $3,000 in repair and is currently being evaluated for safety and we have owned it for less than 14 days and driven less than 600 miles. I am extremely unimpressed by the service and competency Rush has demonstrated on every level.

Cheryl provided 5 star customer service during my visit and provided me with a level of customer service I’ve never experienced before. While I would not recommend waiting for service if you don’t have to, Cheryl was very diligent in keeping me updated and truly went above and beyond.

I've given 5 Stars here for the management and Sheryl, who have gone out of their way to right some of the wrongs that took place in the shop. They've shown a willingness to be fair and displayed a genuine concern for the customer over inflating the bill. With this in mind, I won't hesitate to bring my RV back for additional repairs.

I received a recall notice for my RV and when I called to schedule I spoke with Cheryl. She was very accommodating and got me on the schedule for the same week.

When I arrived, Cheryl got me checked in right away and did a great job at keeping me updated along the way. I also asked if they would be willing to check my tire pressure and they did it with no questions asked.

In this day and age, I really appreciated the quality service and the smiling faces!
