The 1st and last time I will go to Rusty Wallis for anything, especially for service. I went there for a simple oil change. When they pulled my car to the back, the service advisor came and told me that the drain plug was put on too tight by the last tech that changed my oil and that they was not able to get it off. Needless to say it was a Honda dealership that last changed my oil. So there was hours spent contacting the Honda dealership that last changed my oil and they advised Rusty Wallis that the 1st step is to take the drain plug off to see what damage is done if any. So Rusty Wallis attempted to take the plug out and it came off without causing damage. So I spent hours for something that could have taken 45 minutes. During my long wait I asked for a loaner car and it was stated to me that they do not have any loaner car. So, once they completed the oil change they brought my car to the front and you would not believe that the tail pipe was hanging away from my car. It was stated that maybe when they took it through the car wash, it could have caused damage. At this time I had other appointments scheduled and needed to go, so they was able to get me in a loaner. So it went from not having a loaner to now having a loaner. So as I was out running my errands and awaiting for my car to be repaired, I received a very disrespectful call from
General Manager whom stated with a very aggressive and rude tone "I need to bring his car back and they do not loan cars out for this type of reason and that the car wash did not damage my car"...... I stated to the GM that "I don't know who or what but it was not like that when I brought it in for service, and that I will bring his car back as soon as I can". The GM was very unprofessional, and he is the main reason I will not be going back to Rusty Wallis.

This is not my first but will definitely be my last time doing business with Rusty Wallis Honda. I went in for the oil change / tire rotation and part of service is the car wash / vacuum. I expressed to the lead which he also brought out the higher manager about the scratch on my car that wasn't there before. Jason (Lead) took my car back a second time to see if it would come off saying it looked like bird poop. When he came back he said nothing further to me passed the keys to the higher up manager that walked out with me this time stating the washer is made of felt and there's no way it scratched it but he buffed out what he could to help me. I now go sit in my car to see that hmmm my car was not vacuumed although there was nothing to keep this from being done. I go back in and at this time Jason has someone come up to take my car to do this. I'm frustrated and speak to higher manager again about everything which he agrees yes you shouldn't have to say anything for service to be done that's included. He also has nothing further to say as far as my time being undervalued or taking anything off due to this. He agreed there was nothing further to say. Cool I get in my car and take off to further realize I'll be damned the person that so called vacuumed only did the front well. I now know that in addition to this I'm glad it happened as I was in the market for a new car within the next few months. This let me know not to send any more of my hard earned obviously non appreciated money to this business. I'll definitely be searching for someone that appreciates the customers and the time and money spent doing what's right.

From the time I stepped foot in Rusty Wallace Honda I was treated like family. Raul helped me all the way through the purchase to the point of financing where Edwin took over. Raul even rode with me to the bank in the new car so I could grab my down payment. Service was awesome I highly recommend !!

Where do I begin. Well I needed a quick upfront and easy lease for my wife who stays in Dallas. I was visiting from Arizona for a few days arranging finances. I had called 3 Honda dealerships and only 1 answered my questions (Rusty Wallis) appraised my truck and came back with a lease we could afford. It was all done in record time from my phone. It started off with Rudy the sales associate, whom was very polite and answered all of our initial questions. Rudy also went the extra mile to get us in contact with Jeff Wallis. Jeff Wallis used photos from my trade, put lease numbers together went over my appraisal and being fully transparent went over the figures with us over the phone and again in person. Once we arrived, Rudy greeted us, and introduced us to Jeff Wallis and Jeff's sister Jessica. We were treated like family. When we finished up, Edwin the finance Manager explained the documents and made sure we understood our lease as we discussed the dealership, his family and how proud he was to represent the Wallis family in their finance department. It was an all around great experience from the time I called to the time we left the dealership. I will continue to do business with the Wallis Family for years to come.
