We are beyond thrilled with Seas Mtn!!!! We worked with Eli and they did such an amazing job! Also, the pricing is, in our opinion, super reasonable, especially for the New England area. Eli put everyone at ease and was fantastic at wrangling family. We received sneak peeks before we even got back to the hotel and the photos are stunnnnnnnnning. Eli provided such great direction and made two people that aren't super comfortable having photos taken look natural! Eli was so nice and I'm so glad we had them there throughout the day. I will whole-heartedly recommend Seas Mtn to any of my friends and will book them again next time we need professional photos!

We love our pictures! I won a free engagement session and when we finally settled on The Cliff Walk in Newport, it was a beautiful morning & we had a great session! The vibe was great, and we felt very comfortable in front of the camera. Eli was fun to work with! Thank you

Eli was hired as the photographer for my daughters wedding well over a year ago on 06/04/22. It is not necessary to go into all the unprofessional, sub-standard and rude behavior by the photographer because many others have had the same or a very similar experience. I wouldn't even give one star. It has taken me this long to get over my disappointment and anger. The delivery of the wedding photographs were extremely late, not properly edited and at least half were of poor quality. My daughter has still not received the video that was paid for and communication has stopped. I don't expect she will ever get that video. This is clearly completely unacceptable. Not only can I not recommend them but I suggest that anyone thinking of hiring Eli to read all these reviews and to look for another photographer. I have never given a vendor/service provider a bad review, accepting that there can be "extenuating circumstances" but this experience went well beyond that possibility and based on the above reviews is more of a pattern of unprofessional behavior.

Our wedding was in May 2021 and Eli was hired to be our videographer. Eli was amazing throughout the entire weekend helping us so much with everything on Block Island since we live in California. Eli provided us with some great photos from the wedding and a great short clip for social media that night.

Unfortunately, following the wedding Eli was hard to reach and communication became less to non existent as time has gone on.

It has now been 19 months since our wedding. We have not received our video, a phone call, email, nothing. Extremely disappointed and it appears others are as well.

I'm not normally one to complain, however I feel a moral obligation to let folks know how disappointing our experience was with Eli to save other couples their time and money. I could launch into the entire saga, but essentially, we never had an engagement shoot due to Eli's availability and last-minute cancellation. We also weren't sure we'd even have a photographer at our wedding, as we hadn't been able to reach Eli or talk to them up until 3 days before the event. Communication was minimal and scattered throughout, with the excuse that their approach is "laid-back" and "casual". At one point all I really needed to know was what time Eli thought we would be doing photos, and what time we should we tell our parents, and grandparents to be available for photos.... didn't get any of that information until the day before our wedding.... It's been 6 months and we still don't have all of our photos, we haven't heard back from them. I think there may be some personal stuff going on, and I like to be empathetic where possible, but if you want to save yourself additional stress and wasted money, I would suggest finding another vendor for photos.

Completely agree with all of the reviews warning AGAINST booking with Eli. I DEEPLY regret doing so. The lack of communication from them is like nothing I have ever experienced when working with a professional. I won't even get into all of the details, but I will say our wedding was in July 2022, we have yet to receive our wedding video and have not heard from Eli in six months...

I booked Eli's team mainly for my wedding videography. They also did engagement photos/video as well as wedding shower photos for me. Eli is very talented, and I liked their work. We had a good experience with Eli at our engagement photo session (despite our engagement video went missing, the photos turned out to be fine), and Eli's employee Bo also did a good job at my wedding shower session. On our wedding day (September 2021), Eli was there early with one other employee and did a nice short video for us during the wedding. However, ever since my wedding, I have not been able to have adequate communication/updates from Eli or Eli's team regarding my wedding video. I started to reach out to Eli several times since the end of October (email, text, and instagram messages) regarding the estimated time for the completion of my wedding video because I hope to share it with our family during the Christmas holidays. Over thanksgiving, I was told that my video will be done soon. Then again, radio silence. I finally received Part I of my wedding video 4 months later in Jan of 2022. I am still missing Part II of my wedding. I reached out to Eli about making some edits of Part I of wedding video because there were moments in the video where the cameraman was unsteady and the image captured is not a smooth transition (to clarify, the camera person lowered and held the camera sideway and the camera was not on any person in particular, a shot which I hope could be cut), and I have not heard back. I still have no idea when the edits will be done and when the second part of my wedding video will be delivered. Overall all, I am very disappointed with their lack of communication and significant delay in their work. (Update: I received emails from the owner explaining their delay due to Covid after this review had been published. It is almost one year after my wedding, I am still waiting for second part of the my wedding video, most likely lost at this point).

DO NOT BOOK!!!! It has been awful dealing with them! My wedding was October 10, 2021 and we're still waiting on our wedding video that we paid over $3,000 for. They don't answer texts, emails, or calls. But constantly posts on social media!!! It's the most frustrating thing. Super unprofessional. And super disrespectful. And they were also late to our wedding!!!

They only answer me once I write a review like this and then asks me to take it down and promises me they'll get their work to me. And their response is that I am bothering them and overwhelming them to do the work and doesn't even apologize

I've also talked with other girls who have used Eli and they've had similar bad experiences.

My husband and I are very easy going people, so this means a lot coming from us.

No one wants to have to deal with this, so Whatever you do DO NOT BOOK!!!!
